“I thought the package I took (Level 5) was very comprehensive and gave us information, that we could always refer back to. Initially, I thought the first assignment was rather daunting, but I soon got to realise, the expectations and the high standards of each assignment. Each unit, provided the necessary steps, in order to complete all the assignments. I take away valuable knowledge, that I can use online and in a class situation. I feel a great sense of achievement! Thank you so much team Tefl”

“It is an extremely well structured and easily accessible. I was also most grateful when I was experiencing difficulties for the prompt and kind responses I received. “The customer support service was great - Jess not just replied to my mails (after I'd sent a second mail just 15 minutes after the first, to say I'd found a solution, and that they didn't need to reply), but even looked at my assessment details and congratulated me on having passed my course. The extra step makes all the difference to customer support - thank you! :)”

“I loved the fact that this course was interactive, with all its "Click to reveal" activities and its quizzes! This course has been well thought out, and is clear and concise for the most part - thank you, to all those who put it together. I have to add that what really pushed me to give this 5 stars was the detailed feedback that I received for my assessment, and especially the fact that it was less than 24 hours after I submitted my assignments - thank you, Mary, for your work!”

“The course in its entirety is useful in some way or the other. It`s very educational and shows all ESLs the right direction. I did not have any problem with maneuvering the system, there is also customer service available on request. Additionally, they provide an express marking system that is efficient for people in a hurry. I believe this course is a start to a successful career in ESL. Congratulations to all who were successful in passing and try again to those who did not, you have a max of three attempts, and thank you for this platform i-to-i.”

“I would love to give a great review to consultant Sam Shipley for his excellent service. When I first sent him an email with questions regarding a level 5 course, he called me as soon as he saw it. Since then he was always available for any questions and gave me great advice. I am now enrolled in the level 5 180 hour course and I am so happy. All thanks to Sam I am now one step closer to achieving my goals. May I just add he is the friendliest consultant I have ever spoken to.”
