“Sophie helped me with my application. She was very friendly and efficient. I had some trouble with payment but it was sorted out quickly. I have started my level 5 course and I'm enjoying it thoroughly.”

“Amazing customer services by Sam 🙏 Even when I was unavailable he tried his best to make sure I knew he was always an email or phone call away. I have done a lot of research about the top 5 TEFL places to get certified and i-to-i is on THAT LIST!!! I was very unsure at first, but Sam helped clarify which course would be the best for me and how to acquire further resources to make sure I get the best out of my learning experience- This will definitely help me stand out! “In regards to their customer care, it was remarkable and very helpful! I had the luxury of being supported buy an employee named Jessica. She was very passionate about the courses offered through i-to-i, and was able to share personal experience as to how they enjoyed the courses offered! The transparency and the honest opinion was greatly appreciated! Super excited to begin my level 5 tefl course!”

“I had been struggling with my account for some time - but decided today to try the live chat and communicate directly. Amy was the consultant that helped me - I am so grateful for her as I was ranting on about my frustrations and she did give me solutions which I didn't understand at first but she stuck around patiently going through everything with me step by step until my problem was solved ! “The course was very helpful. I felt the amount of information was enough and that the time limit on the course was long enough to not make me feel rushed. The Customer Support staff was quite helpful throughout the entire process, though it was a little inconvenient to contact them due to the time difference (US Pacific Time).”

“The course was stimulating and very interesting, but as you will have, perhaps, noticed it was not satisfactorily geared toward online teaching - I hope that my "30h Teaching Online" course will take care of that.”
