“Content for each section was good and thorough. I like the video content in the presentations as well. I sometimes found some checkpoints difficult as I found in sections, the layout on how it was expected to be was not always clear.”

“The course is very enlightening, clear, easy to read, and very well structured. The video clips of teachers in action were very particularly useful and valuable. The quizzes were exacting, and at the right level to check learning. I also found the supplementary reading materials to be very good and appropriate to the topics under discussion. I believe a 'search' window would help with navigation around the learning material, but the site is quite navigable as it is. I was also surprised to see no section on punctuation. Overall, I would happily recommend the course to anybody looking to train as an EFL teacher”

“I signed up for the TEFL course back in February and the first thing I noticed after logging in was that everything was clear. The course is easy to understand and doesn't make you feel like making a mistake means you will fail completely. It is the closest digital equivalent to a good human teacher I've seen. All the modules are organised neatly. Every module has a computer checked fill in the blanks and multiple choice checkpoint. After three checkpoints are completed, an assessment follows, which is checked by a tutor. The tutors are very friendly and give clear and good feedback. They are also very quick to mark your assessment, which is great because it keeps you from waiting in excitement too long. You'll know if you passed or failed and why soon enough. There were a few times that I needed some help from the customer service, they too responded quickly and adequately. I also added three optional courses later: Business English, Teaching in Japan and Advanced Grammar. Every course felt like a solid addition to the main course and actually taught me some valuable knowledge. I did notice that some of the questions in both the assessments and computer checked checkpoints weren't entirely clear and sometimes it seemed as if their were more correct answers than one. Of course this might have been due to me lacking the right knowledge or my personal preference. In any case, the tests beat any school-given test I've ever had. A big thumbs up and thank you for i-to-i and here's hoping I'll find myself a teaching job soon!”

“The layout of work was easy to understand and made it fun and interesting to learn. The work never felt overwhelming or too daunting to complete. I really enjoyed being able to watch videos of real life teaching situations so that I could gain a good understanding of what I would be doing. Really enjoyed it! :)”

“I was reading planning subject and it was one the most fascinating item for the students. without planning we can get lost that who we are going to teach, what is the class size, who we will be teaching what will be there age group and what will be our objective to achieve. are the students are engage and learning and how much time for one subject we will give the these are all the essential part of the best planning to succeed.”

“Im not exactly sure what I have completed. At this point I have completed the second lesson test and decided to take Sunday off. When I returned on Monday to continue my studies in the third section I noticed unchecked boxes in sections one and two. My suggestion would be that you have an easier way to judge our progress. Perhaps a tab that I could click on showing me what I have completed and what is next. I believe this would make things easier in the future for your students. I know I would appreciate it! Thank you for your time and consideration, Jonathan P.S. Seems to me that this would be an obvious decision… perhaps there is a tab that I am not aware of and if you could point me in the right direction I would I appreciate it very much.”

“I found this course to be good and I learned many good things. However, I am more interested in teaching adults and most of the subjects that you covered were directed at school children. In this regard, I am a little disappointed. I will probably be interested in taking your Grammar Course in a few weeks. Thank You.”

“I took this course during a transition period where the website and name changed dramatically. I was given no warning about these changes, and my login information stopped working while I was in the middle of the course. Despite the issues, they were resolved fairly, and I am satisfied with the quality of the program, and my results. I would definitely recommend this retailer to others in the future. Thanks for your support, and I look forward to what the future holds for us all.”
