“i-to-i has been very supportive from the moment my husband and I enquired about the 180 hour TEFL course, feedback on our assignments to their prompt delivery of the certificates. Everyone we have communicated with has been extremely helpful and professional. Gemma James has been so patient with all my questions and has always replied to me with lengths of information. I am happy to announce that through their job support websites, my husband and I have confirmed jobs in China! THANK YOU!!!!!!!”

“I had to request a new certificate 5 years after passing the course as my company was being audited and I'd misplaced the original. Jess Schofield from the Customer & Operations Team sent me a digital copy the very next day with a link to order a hard copy if necessary. Super efficient and helpful!”
