“Customer Service was excellent, Sophie provided me with all the information I needed and was available at any point for any questions I needed answering. I always felt like a priority which I consider a vital part of any organisation as it shows they value your custom and she ensured I felt this way, always hands on and getting back to emails very quickly. A real credit to the team!”

“You must first read the instructions thoroughly before you press anything because I made the mistake of activating all my modules at once but luckily there's an option of extending your time and after that I never looked back.”

“I'm very happy with everything i-i offers, but the only problem is, you don't offer 1 day extensions. If you offer a service of a 1 day extension it will be very convenient and less stressful for students. Sometimes we just need a few minutes to upload an assessment or we need a few hours to complete the course, then the only option there is, is to pay $45 or R675 for 15 days just to do those things. It can be very stressful in those circumstances... Please consider offering 1 day extensions too. It is needed... Regards to the crew.”

“I love them ! The work is set out in an easy and non complicated format. If you have any problems you just phone customer service and they help you within minutes. The service is absolutely wonderful and I have enjoyed my time with them. This company is very supportive and I'm glad I went through them. I'll definitely be coming back to further my knowledge.”

“My lesson plans have become more focused. With the information I have learned, I have been able to incorporate a number of items in the lessons - some just as back up plans for emergencies! I have met my share of problem children, and have managed to use your advice to get them in line. I particularly enjoyed the simple methods of praise and rewards. This training has definitely helped me teach English to Zulu preschoolers in a farm school.”

“I registered on Wednesday (27/02) and have not yet received my login details and it’s already Tuesday (05/03). I paid a lot of money but still waiting for login details that should have been sent after two days.”
