“On January, I bought a course with I-to-I. Several times before I asked what level of english was needed since I´m not native, they said my level was fine. When I started the course I noticed there course is planned for native speakers, there many things that I can not understand and the tools they offer are not enough. When I spoke with customer service they didn't give me a solution to this problem.”

“It's all f a k e. I have been told that I receive my profit once my trade is done and later they asked me to pay last time taxes and fees and then you will receive profit. After that all I paid, they asked me to pay more and more then only I received money. And it happened like this more than 4 times and I kept on paying money but I did not receive any sort of money. And some of their staff threatened me to pay money for them, then only I can receive the money. It's nothing but c h e a t i n g with people's money. There is no concept of paying profits to the people but to cheat with people. Actually I was about to forget about my money before my sister found out about Chelsy Desmarais. We reported the whole issue to her, even with the fact that we were skeptical at first, but she really surprised me by getting back my money to my bank account. “My experience with ItoI and tutor Georgina Lysandrou has been incredibly frustrating and ultimately unproductive. I submitted my lesson plan assignment multiple times, each time receiving limited feedback and failing, often for reasons that shifted between submissions. After following all initial instructions, I was failed for my lesson topic. Suspecting something was amiss, I collaborated with a teacher with over 15 years of experience to revise the lesson plan, incorporating all previous feedback. Despite this, I was failed again, this time for a reason not mentioned in earlier assessments. This has resulted in my course time expiring, requiring me to pay for an extension and yet another resubmission. The entire process feels designed to extract additional fees from students rather than provide constructive guidance. I cannot recommend ItoI. Their focus seems to be on profit rather than student learning.”

“Life may be an emotional roller coaster, and for some people, like me, losing all of your savings is the worst thing that could happen to you since all you're doing is surviving the low points in order to rise to the top.
