“My name is Mercia Jay and I am from Cape Town South Africa. I have had the most amazing experience in registering for my level 5 TEFL course. Initially I had problems registering then a consultant on the chat referred me to a calm, kind and 'in control' guy named Joseph Pancisi who guided me through the registration process. My money went through immediately and I am on my way with joy and confidence. He calmed me down and looking at the material I know I have not made a wrong decision. I am a seasoned trainer for the last 12 years with a masters in nursing education - I researched and wrote a bachelors degree for nursing case managers working in South Africa. I love teaching and this course is going to launch my training products enormously. I have registered a training company in South Africa. Busy launching my website but you find me on my linkedin page which is also being worked on. Joseph, you were an absolutely well trained customer care service provider telephonically...a great agent. “I don't think I can say enough about i-to-i and how encouraged I am to start this new journey. “The courses were well prepared and easy to follow. A lot of great examples of how to teach with plenty of internet reference sites. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in teaching English in a foreign country. Now I am off to find jobs so I can use and share this valuable information.”

“Overall I had a good experience doing the Level 5 course. However I found the assignments a hell of a lot harder to pass this time round. I put in a reasonable amount of work and still passed the Level 3 course but passing the Level 5 lesson plans was infinitely more difficult. I was not prepared for the amount of effort needed to pass the Level 5 lesson plans. That being said the assistance I received throughout was good.”

“This company has great customer service! As an American, making business calls are pretty anxiety inducing sometimes but Daniel Taylor was so friendly and patient. He walked me through my career goals, my education plan and internships that I've done to help me fine the right and affordable package for me. I feel much more confident about achieving my dreams to teach EFL overseas and more confident in my ability to be a dependable teacher for my students now that I have strong educational path there. If other members at i-to-i have the same patience, integrity, and enthusiasm as Daniel does then I'm sure others will be able to find the right path to accomplish their goals as well. “Great customer service, Nikki James is so helpful. Price is decent (65% discount) so instead of paying about 20 k, I only paid R6995. Prompt delivery (in terms of order payment confirmation and login details etc... I look forward to starting this new TEFL journey :)”
