“There is a need to update some of the information re end of course test. On the course notes it says you will not know if you have passed and with what mark until you get feedback, only if you need to retake. However I received email to say I had passed and with what mark. This is misleading.”

“The associates I dealt with were great! Michelle who conducted the 20hour classroom practical is brilliant; another associate extended my course deadline by 48hours, and Jordan swiftly resolved a (small) complaint I had. The online course is easy to navigate and the content is sufficient in preparing you to TEFL - would recommend.”

“Wow! This course was absolutely amazing. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly during the whole process. I did the 140 Hour combined course. The 20 Hour practical class taught me so much, thank you, Jenine! I am looking forward to this new adventure. Don't be scared to take a risk :)”

“I've learnt a lot from doing this course and now feel much more equipped to go into the classroom and start teaching. There is a lot to take in and it can feel a bit dull going through it all but the content of the course is all relevant and useful. I will certainly be looking back at my notes a lot for guidance and reminders when I start teaching.”

“The only real problem I had was at the end with the Essay and the materials. I agree that they are important but a more detailed description of what is required would be very helpful.”

“I have been highly impressed with i-to-i TEFL as a whole and found the 120 hour online course to be outstanding in terms of content, structure and testing. It is enjoyable, engaging and relevant to real world classroom practice. The standard of tutoring has also been brilliant and highly professional. Thankyou i-to-i TEFL. “The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the online helpline staff, to client services staff in the UK as well as in Cape Town, and the Academic Head who emailed immediately in response to a query I had. The course content was comprehensive and thorough, with plenty of opportunities to test once knowledge acquired. Thank you!”

“Fantastic course! I'd highly recommend. I did the 120 hours online course with the 20 hour classroom course. All parts of the course were brilliant! I did the classroom course before I started the online course, so I was a little worried I would be out of my depth. I was very wrong! The classroom course was run by a wonderful tutor named Ann, she was very relaxed, fun, and easy to talk to. Most of the 20 hours were based on discussions, games/activities, not about grammer or methodologies, so it's easy to pick up without any previous knowledge. The online course was equally as great. The sheer volume of knowledge your presented with can be a little overwhelming, but all of it was incredibly useful. The course is actually set out in modules, so it's not "keep bashing away until the 120 hours are complete". I completed the course in just over a week, doing roughly half a module a day. So don't let the time frame put you off! Again, I would highly recommend this course to anyone and everyone!”
