“Joseph and Jess are both amazing! They have helped me feel confident that I can make a success of this course and handled my ADD quirks extremely well. They understand my limitations and that this has nothing to do with my intelligence (I have a Diploma in Business Management & Entrepreneurship, another Diploma in Office Administration passed with Distinction as well as a BA Undergraduate Degree in Information Science passed with 12 Distinctions), it's all about making sure I understand the instructions given to me correctly. I deeply appreciate this. They are both very friendly and professional. Joseph makes me laugh, our personalities gel well, we have similar senses of humor, he's very kind and shows compassion and empathy and genuinely means it (as an empath I'd know instantly if he was being false, I hate false people). He's very easy to talk to, friendly and makes a person feel comfortable and less shy. He's been extremely helpful, calling me back at least 3-4 times to clarify things that were making me anxious and causing mild panic attacks. He gives brilliant advice. He is extremely professional and a credit to your company as he delivers an amazing service within a very genuine and caring manner. Which as a South African who is used to very subpar service, this comes as a lovely surprise and has made my stressful week just that little bit better. Jess is very professional, kind, caring, understanding and more than capable of showing compassion. She also did her best to reassure me and make sure that I understood your plagiarism policy properly so that I know exactly what to do to avoid being wrongfully accused of plagiarism. I do my utmost to avoid plagiarism like the plague and take it extremely seriously. I am very honest by nature and would never plagiarize anyone else's work! Your staff is helpful, caring, understanding and gives a level of service that surpasses my expectations and more than meets my very high standards. Thank you for everything and God Bless you all! P.S. Unfortunately your section regarding how I communicated with your company doesn't allow me to choose all 3 options, so I've chosen to let you know in this review. I communicated with your company via live chat, e-mail & telephone; all 3 means of communication have been easy to do & effective.”

“I am 49 years old and a qualified engineer who decided to make a career change to teaching, of which I have no background. This course has been life-changing: the material is exceptionally well presented and comprehensive, and after completing it I feel well equipped to take the giant leap to teaching. Thanks i-2-i, I highly recommend this course to all new teachers!”

“If you have the intention of getting a TEFL certification, I-to-I is the place to go. I am very satisfied with the 180-hour course and the 60-hour course I took. They have the right people help you every step of the way. I was able to progress through the courses without trouble. Understanding the content of every unit. Thank you!”

“I enrolled the 300-hour TEFL diploma and I am happy I got my diploma. It was an amazing adventure and I have worked really hard. I got all the support needed, before the purchase, during the course, and in the end. It is not easy to do. I mean that you have to take your time. Assignments require the right attention, but when you overcome them you completely feel satisfied. You really learn a lot of things. But remember, be serious at what you are doing. I recommend TEFL and I-TO-I company.”

“I'm so excited to embark on my TEFL journey. I felt really welcome even during the early stages when I was still inquiring about what course would best suit me. I think Danny Taylor was so awesome--he was so professional and prompt in replying that I got the answers to my questions right away and he really advised me in detail about the course that would suit my goals, and other stuff that would be of great help to me.
