Still waiting on my wallpaper, which i have paid for. Tried many times to contact this company regarding my paid goods still waiting for a response.

Do not use- terrible customer service Do not use! Terrible customer care. Company refused a refund on returned rolls as they arrived a few days after the 60 day period . I explained our decorators had been delayed as they were unable to gain access to our house due to Covid . To make matters worse they then said not only would they not refund , they would charge me delivery again for returning the unwanted rolls back to me . So basically they have stolen money from me ! With regards to the product - it looks ok however the decorators were unimpressed with the quality of the paper. Keep clear !

They thieve money of customers who return there items the way they receive them. Appalling customer service - unwilling to help. Will NEVER use then again, nor recommend them to anyone.

My order was delivered to the wrong address - I have been trying for days to contact customer service but to no avail. My full details have been shared with the person who received my order and now they are harassing me . Do not trust this company - I certainly won’t be using them again

Ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper which were lost by DPD apparently. They wouldn't do anything for 5 working days. % working 7 working days pass and we get an email saying our order is processing. Another two working days pass with no further updates. So far been waiting two weeks for 3 rolls of wallpaper. Could have swam from Redcar to Hartlepool to pick them up quicker. Customer service is appailing. Avoid at all costs

So I placed an order over a month ago spending £50 on 2 rolls off wallpaper paste and masking tape. I’m a key worker and my shifts very from week to week I ordered the paper to decorate on my days off during this lockdown. So I’d been at work returned home to find a slip in my letter box saying it had been delivered when I looked on my drive which is open to everyone who walks past nothing was there yet there was a picture taken by Hermes driver saying it was under the slabs well nothing there I asked my Nabours as normally if they see my packages they take them in as I can be away working 3 days in a row they hadn’t seen anything. I contacted I love wallpaper for over 4 weeks I’ve sent and received emails with responses there looking in to it well today I got one saying they have spoken with Hermes and there’s nothing further they can do so I’ve lost out I’m absolutely livid and told them I’ll be taking it further

Avoid using this company!!! Orderd some wallpaper off the site over two months ago they also charge £17 delivery on top, said it would take five days to come. Waited and a few weeks went by but nothing!!!. , Tried contacting ups the delivery company had no joy whatso ever!!! Tried contacting customer service from the site i had orderd my wallpaper from and after nurmous attempts with no joy, i finally was finally able to soeak to someone, who apologised and said my order got lost in transit, and said they will refund money back into account, been over a month now and still havent received a refund. And back to swear one as emailed them again and no ones got back to me!!!

Was charged £14 for delivery of 3 rolls of wallpaper despite the free delivery code being applied, they do not consider mainland Scotland as part of the UK. Poor customer service, will not order from again.

Disgusting company. Bought 9 rolls of wallpaper from them £10 per roll. They sent the wrong colour. I opened one roll to see the colour. Sent them back and it cost me £17 via the post office due to the weight. They then emailed us saying they were only refunding for 8 rolls as one was open but as stated the colour was wrong. I spoke to them on facebook and they blocked me because I didn't want to let it go, they've blocked me on Instagram and they've robbed me of £10.00. I will not let it go. Robbing customers during a global pandemic. I will be going to trading standards aswell

I ordered my wall paper. I got a email telling me that it's on its way when I so put the tracking number in but it comes up as still at the warehouse. tryed email them but I get no reply if it what a joke

Been waiting 3-4 week for wallpaper that apparently been delivered but never arrived the company said on the 16th April it would take 5 working days to get a response from the courier company where I want to know where my products was delivered I’ve had to go else where to purchase other wall paper for my sons room and payed out for two lots of Wall paper! today is the 8 working day and still no response from I love wall paper ! They just seem to ignore you.

3 weeks now without my item had to chase it all with the courtiers myself who have now lost it. I love wallpaper still to respond after 2 weeks money taken no paper and no help from anyone

I have emailing for days about an order of wallpaper which I put in all my details the process was loading only for an error to accur but funds were taken from my acc no confirmation email on an automated email telling me to finish my order which I has so no order had been taken but my money was and due to current climate you cant ring and no response to any of my emails! Not very happy at all especially when they have stolen my money!!! Would not recommend what so ever!

I placed an order and paid through PayPal, unfortunately it picked up an old address. I emailed the company 5 times in order to rectify the issue and never got a response, I called the company and was told they would cancel the delivery with courier and get the order returned to them and resend it. This didn’t happen, I constantly checked the tracking with courier and surprise surprise the delivery hadn’t been cancelled and my wallpaper is now over 200 miles away at my old property which I longer own; and I have no chance of getting it. So have lost £50.00 worth of wallpaper, no wallpaper and have wasted hours of my life trying to contact this company by email and phone only to be ignored. I know things are not the norm at the moment but they were quick enough to take my order and money. All I can say is ....Fab customer service...not!

Avoid this company! They sent me someone else’s order which included another persons name email address and payment details! Terrible customer service, messed up collection and delivery on the second attempt too. DO NOT USE!!!!!

We ordered a sample from the website which clearly had the colour SILVER written on it. We then ordered the wallpaper based on this label. A different shade (and product code) showed up. According to customer services the colour on the label doesn’t actually represent the sample colour (weird right!) and we should have in fact ordered GREY. Even though the label states silver! We’ve also been told that it’s our fault for ordering the wrong colour and that we need to cover the high returns cost - despite the sample label being incorrect. CS team are not interested in helping, only passing the blame. Shame as the product is nice. Won’t be using them again.

Ordered 2 samples, paid and delivered. Went to order the 4 rolls i liked, their website said not enough stock. Emailed there customer service team to ask when it would come in? The responce was not sure keep checking the website, not the best responce but not the end of the world So i emailed back to check it would be available and not discontinued, turns out iv paid for samples on a product i cant purchase as its in fact now discontinued. Really not impressed so re emailed them requesting a full refund on the samples and delivery of said samples, complete silence from them for 3 days now! Quick to reply to my original sample request and questions but to refund me on something i cant buy i get ignored, not impressed with how its been handled and certainly wouldn't buy from them which is a shame as just bought the house and it all needs doing up. Still waiting for someone in there service team to get back to me. Hope this prompts them to help me now.

Quick delivery However...The colour was not matching the picture, very dull and ended up putting in the bedroom instead of The living room! Quality very very poor and thin. Will never ever order from here again. Would rather go into the shop see n feel the quality. Not cheap either & very disappointed!

Wallpaper nothing like picture .always order samples .at least u see wat ur getting .before u waste time and money getting paper from here .I opened a roll couldnt believe how different it was to picture.not looking forward to finding out the cost of refunding too rolls of paper as 3 was opened so not sending it bk .wouldnt recommend buying from here with ordering samples first.
