Never used such poor quality paper.. like tissue paper when pasted, rips very easily and we ordered 4 rolls one roll had a flaw in it the other was a completely different shade even though bar codes matched up. Am looking for a refund for the £90 it’s cost me. Very dissatisfied

Been robbbed by this company now my wall is left half done, bought 2 rolls as says get 4 sheet out of each roll when I measured , but when put it on wall was only getting 3 sheets so was short , so bought another roll when putting it up when the was a cut line not before getting to the bottom , which means I would only get 2 strips out of it , cause one wasted already joining the pattern , all same patch number,

Our designs are only specific to a certain amount of drops if stated, 2.5m height, 4x drops total for this, unless stated they would be regular repeating rolls with pattern matches to consider, to which 3 drops is typical not 4. This company is very greedy.They charged me nearly £3 for one sample. I advise you all to first shop on website called wallpaper direct which offer the first 2 samples free. This is a poor service.Added to that the delivery is between 7 to 10 working days!! Wallpaperdirect takes a day! No comparison.

Whilst we do have a standard pricing for our samples and postage service to cover applicable costs, I am very sorry to hear it took this long to arrive, its typically a lot quicker than this. On full roll purchase we always offer generous discount if contacted, which more than alleviates the samples price and further to this offer delivery as quick as the following day should you decide the product is right for you. In less than a week I ordered a sample, it arrived, I ordered a full roll it arrived. Such super quick service and a great price for the paper I selected. Wonderful service and experience dealing with "I Love Wallpaer". Thank you.

Very disappointed .Send my wallpaper back because quality of paper was very poor, following step by step as instructed and never received my money back. I do not recommend

We order 2 rolls of wallpaper 11 nov and need it for christmas and had to buy other paper for wilkos and i stll had had no refund back i would never ever buy for yoos again just would luke my money back

Buy retail no benefits buying online they can say what they want and won't do anything even if not customers fault . Rather lose orders than part with 1 roll of paper .. at a shop u can take back and get things sorted . Won't buying again ...

Finally got round to having a decorator hang the Zara Shimmer Metallic wallpaper purchased back in March 2022. Decorator tried pasting paper as per directions, pasting the wall, pasting both; same issue occurred with the lightest touch during application resulting in the paper ripping or marking. Extremely poor quality product, impossible to butt joins without the paper de-laminating or marking, he'd never seen anything so poor in 4+ decades of papering. We opened a second roll to confirm it wasn't a bad first roll. Outside of 30 day returns window so unable to return the unused roll. The sample looked fine but only became obvious how bad the product is upon pasting and applying to wall. Will be using B&Q or The Range to purchase wallpaper to finish job.

I was really happy with both orders of wallpaper. I was very impressed with the customer service from Sarah Jane Walker who helped after we had an issue with the delivery driver, she was very helpful and replied very quickly, she re scheduled my delivery for when I came back from holiday. Will definitely order again!

Worse worse greedy people they sent out a damage wallpaper to me I have told them and spent my time to show the damage with pictures . I asked because I am a a busy mum and my health is not always good I can not go to return it back instead I will take a small refund and keep the damage item still these people are not good they are rude and just after your money don’t buy with these low life people there wallpaper is of very low quality

Upon advising of the slight tear to the end of a single piece of the roll, further images had been requested to determine the full extent of the issue with the roll as it was unclear if this was just a small excess piece left over. We are more than happy to offer a full refund or partial if the damage is shown to have impacted the usability of the roll. In this case, nothing else was shown wrong so we either needed further images to demonstrate this or we could take back the full item for a refund as offered. Pattern ILW034 Liquid Marble Blue & Bronze Batch Number N This paper looks fantastic but it's rubbish. Not only is the pattern delaminating from the backing, the blue ink is now coming off the pattern. Awful stuff. Buy something else Mike

Great wallpaper. Rubbish delivery time, 5 days and still sat in a depot somewhere. If I could find out where,I could have collected it. Hermes were bad, Evri have taken the next step in poor delivery time.

I am very unhappy with the customer service from this company. The girl named Sarah Jane Walker was very rude and would not provide the shipping lable for a return. I paid more than $80 to return the items which is more than the cost of this wallpaper which they sent a wrong item. Be aware that they will not provide you a return label and give you a full return. I would NEVER order from this company in the future. Just order from Amazon instead with much friendlier and convenient service. This company needs to work on providing better service to customers so they will return again.

Spent almost 300 euro (excluding tax and duty)on 3 different types of wallpaper which is very thin. When i was asked about the thickness i got told it was regular wallpaper thickness. The wall paneling wallpaper in Sage green was gorgeous but the lines do not match up correctly - if it matched on one section it would be unmatched on the other (i ordered extra rolls to be sure to be sure!) and the instructions say paste the glue on the wall rather than the paper which is incorrect as the wallpaper started to drop!! I hired professionals to do the job which cost me even more money, eventually had to take it down and throw it out!! A waste of 230 euro on wallpaper! I complained about the paneling wallpaper and asked for a refund from customer service but no response. Terrible customer service. The gorgeous wallpaper will attract you but due to the quality and customer service you should avoid!!!

What can I say worst wallpaper I've ever purchased I ordered for a freid because she could not get delivery where she lived first lot of paper had flaws in it so she ordered more second lot the same £800 later she's had to have it stripped again because the paper has marks in it.dont go near the striped glitter pattern it's terrible.

Delivery was excellent. Choice of wallpaper very good. I chose a panel pattern which would have looked great on the wall. For some reason the panel pattern was right at the side of the roll. It would have made matching almost impossible, if I'd have got that far. I tore 2 drops trying to get the first drop on the wall. I've hung lots of wallpaper before. None as bad as this. I guess that's the trouble with buying it online. You can't feel the quality. Paper was too thin. Waste of £50. Lesson learnt

Worst quality of paper I have hung in many years. I find it funny how people are leaving reviews and praising the "quality of the wallpaper." Once paste (or adhesive) us applied, the quality shows.......POOR QUALITY! Its tissue paper thin.

I ordered the Bullbee wallpaper in Sage and it was delivered quickly and well packed. Unfortunately, down one edge of the wallpaper, it appears as though there is a printing fault where the sage colour fades to white so when the paper is hung there is a distinct white line going down the paper. Your eye is just drawn to the white line and it just ruins what would have been lovely paper. I emailed my query but have had no response.
