Avoid this company! They sent me someone else’s order which included another persons name email address and payment details! Terrible customer service, messed up collection and delivery on the second attempt too. DO NOT USE!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I'm a decorator and I refuse to put up this wallpaper when customers buy it as it's so bad quality, use with extreme caution

Knowing that it was my daughters wedding this Thursday and that I was having problems with applying your wallpaper you have done absolutely nothing to rectify matters. I have had to borrow money to have the hall re-papered (Without a problem). I would suggest you amend your customer advisors who I find totally unsympathetic towards their customers. I am still waiting for an answer to my question regarding a full refund. I was told that I would have to pay the cost of the return which I find unacceptable when it was a fault with your item. Terrible people to deal with

Good quality wallpaper. .Looks very expensive. ..actually run out but telephoned and managed to get the same batch number.quality service will use again.

Worst quality of paper I have hung in many years. I find it funny how people are leaving reviews and praising the "quality of the wallpaper." Once paste (or adhesive) us applied, the quality shows.......POOR QUALITY! Its tissue paper thin.

Do not use- terrible customer service Do not use! Terrible customer care. Company refused a refund on returned rolls as they arrived a few days after the 60 day period . I explained our decorators had been delayed as they were unable to gain access to our house due to Covid . To make matters worse they then said not only would they not refund , they would charge me delivery again for returning the unwanted rolls back to me . So basically they have stolen money from me ! With regards to the product - it looks ok however the decorators were unimpressed with the quality of the paper. Keep clear !

They thieve money of customers who return there items the way they receive them. Appalling customer service - unwilling to help. Will NEVER use then again, nor recommend them to anyone.

Disgusting company. Bought 9 rolls of wallpaper from them £10 per roll. They sent the wrong colour. I opened one roll to see the colour. Sent them back and it cost me £17 via the post office due to the weight. They then emailed us saying they were only refunding for 8 rolls as one was open but as stated the colour was wrong. I spoke to them on facebook and they blocked me because I didn't want to let it go, they've blocked me on Instagram and they've robbed me of £10.00. I will not let it go. Robbing customers during a global pandemic. I will be going to trading standards aswell

I placed an order and paid through PayPal, unfortunately it picked up an old address. I emailed the company 5 times in order to rectify the issue and never got a response, I called the company and was told they would cancel the delivery with courier and get the order returned to them and resend it. This didn’t happen, I constantly checked the tracking with courier and surprise surprise the delivery hadn’t been cancelled and my wallpaper is now over 200 miles away at my old property which I longer own; and I have no chance of getting it. So have lost £50.00 worth of wallpaper, no wallpaper and have wasted hours of my life trying to contact this company by email and phone only to be ignored. I know things are not the norm at the moment but they were quick enough to take my order and money. All I can say is ....Fab customer service...not!

We ordered a sample from the website which clearly had the colour SILVER written on it. We then ordered the wallpaper based on this label. A different shade (and product code) showed up. According to customer services the colour on the label doesn’t actually represent the sample colour (weird right!) and we should have in fact ordered GREY. Even though the label states silver! We’ve also been told that it’s our fault for ordering the wrong colour and that we need to cover the high returns cost - despite the sample label being incorrect. CS team are not interested in helping, only passing the blame. Shame as the product is nice. Won’t be using them again.

Love the website choice and delivery was efficient . However, the decorator we employed said some of the edges were folded or damaged so he was unable to make a perfect finish without wasting a lot of the paper ...

Ordered 3 striped wallpaper, meant to be rose gold, pink and blush and recieved white, ivory and a dull gold. I had to get one out of the packaging as I could comprehend that the colour was so wrong so wanted to get it into a brighter room and gave it the benefit of the doubt. No it was completely wrong and thought maybe I had been sent a bad batch! The guy on the phone said yeah it is a bit lighter but it's all about lighting, in some lights it looks pinker. No, actually i the wallpaper advertised is so edited that the actual wallpaper looks nothing like it. 3 rolls and a pot of paint put £7 for delivery and an absolute waste of my time and money. Told the rolling got out would not be refunded despite the fact that I only got it out because i couldn't comprehend that I would be sent out something so completely different to what I ordered so I had to see of it was as wrong as it looked, because surely it couldn't be? Well it is. Send back at my own cost too. How much will I be down by the time I've had my pot of paint and 2 rolls of wallpaper weighed to be sent plus the loss of delivery in the first place for a terrible product plus the roll that wont be refunded. Wish I had seen these reviews! This company be investigated! Below are images of what I got and what I should have had!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Paid £6.95 for next day delivery. Waited in all day, now informed won’t be delivered until after 2pm tomorrow. Will never order from this site again

The delivery service provided lets this company down. After 6 days my wallpaper hadn’t been delivered however Hermes claim not to have been able to have found my house. After telephoning customer services I was informed that it had been returned to them but they would arrange a next day delivery on DPD. Delivery problems seem to be common place with this company and I would question whether the order was ever despatched in the first place

FAULTS ALLOVER MY PAPER ! Travelled to the shop ,turns out it is more expensive than if you buy online ! Some by DOUBLE the price , i am so disapointed in this paper if i had the energy i would pull it all off , carefull what you buy ! mine had lines down edged (white) sticks out a mile was also white scratch like marks in places aswell , & paper was awfull to hang , tearing , unable to get a clear cut , its was a total nightmare (caden triangle ) WILL NOT BE GOING AGAIN !! It took me months to work out my vision of what colours nd papers etc etc & i got it so right but the wallpaper has ruined it ! Going to have to live with it for a while , please be aware i think they sell SECONDS !! At FULL price 🤔

I wouldn’t even give them one star. They are a scam of a company ! Time wasters, mistake after mistake with them. sorry anit good enough when you have hundreds of bad reviews! Lost parcels and sending to wrong addresses, rude customer services. what a ridiculous shameful company! Do not buy from them

Service was very efficient. However, the samples I sent for looked utterly different from the pictures on the website and I will not be purchasing any of them. I would possibly buy from this company in the future though, as the service was very good.

Website easy to navigate with lits of choice you dont find in the high street. I was impressed with quick delivery and the overall experience was like going to a store but much better customer service.
