Great wallpaper. Rubbish delivery time, 5 days and still sat in a depot somewhere. If I could find out where,I could have collected it. Hermes were bad, Evri have taken the next step in poor delivery time.

l have been waiting for my refund and nobody gets in contact to tell me where my refund is. l have sent product back and had no reply on my refund. not happy

I had to order another fill of wall paper as I got 4 strips from 1 and o my 3 strips from the other roll . I ordered you wallpaper paste & it dried before I got it to the wall I had to keep reapplying and when it dried it sealed at the top and bottom but opened at the middle of the joining as the paste didn’t seem strong enough to stick it together right …. I’m currently trying to sort this problem out as I will not be buy more rolls of paper when it’s your paste that really didn’t work as a wall paper paste. ( it was moved as re instructions on the packet ).

They posted the wall paper swiftly but it was the worse quality paper EVER, it creased it ripped it’s so thin, avoid the marble paper I’m gutted as I had planned to do another wall with it but I’m going to look else where

I made 3 orders in a rather short period of time, they shipped my 1st order and my 3rd order but decided that my 2nd wasn’t right because their bank ‘flagged it’ they asked for my a copy of Drivers Licence and/or bills from the past 3 months I declined and gave them all my other details such as previous orders, shipping address, last four digits of my card, method of payment etc etc and they determine that wasn’t good enough and refunded the order (at the time do writing not yet received), I find this completely unacceptable to be honest and the tone of the replies in the email are just condescending and arrogant.

Most of ordering was good ! The site was very easy and qyick to use. So many choices at Amazing prices. Delivery was fast as well! But the box that it came it was damaged (battered a little and looked as though it had been crushed ) there was Black marks to the scraper (didnt look New ) and damage to other items

Have not hung the wallpaper yet so can’t comment that but was very disappointed with some of the samples as you pay a fair amount for them and more for postage and they didn’t even send the right wallpaper! Order was processed and sent promptly though.

It was difficult to change shopping basket but eventually managed and reviews could go up too letting us see paper on actual customers homes , not much else I can say really

My order didn’t arrive so I couldn’t arrange for a decorator. Contacted them and they arranged for them to be sent again. Not yet used it as have to wait for decorator to be free

I made 5 separate orders over the space of the month as we kept running out of paper due to the pattern repeat. The website is easy to shop but the paper was mid range priced but very poor to apply to the walls! One order arrived really quickly, the others took longer and then one didn’t come at all so I rang up after paying next day delivery and not receiving any tracking or parcel the day it should have arrived to be told that there was an issue with the ordering system and it had gone through with payment taken but the order hadn’t been sent to the warehouse so wasn’t actually coming! I was refunded the next day delivery charge and received the order 3 days later. 1 roll we received was marked all the way though but we still used it as furniture would be covering the area it was marked on and like stated before there was a lot of waste due to pattern repeat.

The company itself is good - quick delivery, however the wallpaper I ordered was not very good quality. It tore very easily when pasted and came with small marks/imperfections straight off the roll. On a few of the edges there were small marks of colour staining of turquoise which do show on my wall but aren’t hugely noticeable. I was quite disappointed as I’d spent £27 per roll. I put the wallpaper up anyway and I’m happy with the design. I will hide the imperfections under pictures I’ll hang on the wall.

The wallpaper is only available in 2 sizes. I lost a lot of the world map because the size was too big.

Ordered 6 rolls when they came 1 had a different batch number, ordered more and asked for a particular batch number but they did not send same batch number

We do have a same batch guarantee on a single purchase, if mixed batches are received we are more than happy to resolve this when brought to our attention as human error can always be a factor. Unfortunately on separate purchases we cant ensure the same batch will be possible, however, when requested we do our up most to match when possible. Loved the pattern of the wallpaper I choose, was alittle disappointed about the quality as I thought for the price per roll the paper would of been thicker, other than that, happy.
