My package was left in the garden as opposed to being left with a neighbour or redelivered and no tracking service was available so I had to chase to find out why the package was late. The response was that after less that a month the driver could not recall how the delivery was made and Covid (October 2021) was cited as the reason why the package was not hand delivered. this is a shame because the designs are good, but this level of ambivalent customer service is unacceptable, dishonest and untrustworthy. I am still chasing for resolution.

Was very disappointed with the end product as it didn’t come as advertised, there were lots of white stains in the wallpaper. And the worst bit is that the company doesn’t care about it. They didn’t even offer me new rolls in exchange for the bad ones they sent out. Seems that there are no quality checks done before leaving the warehouse. I say very bad customer service.

absolutely disgusting service paid in good faith for what i saw on the website arrived very poor thin cheap looking rubbish with a much darker colour tried to return customer services were no less than vile, not allowing me to speak, talking over me, rude, and terrible, was told i should have ordered a sample in that case absolutely disgusting. massive fee to return the items now and going by other website refunds are not easy to get money i could have put down the drain outside with a better outcome.

Wallpaper was extremely poor quality abs didnt go on well at all, going to have to strip it off abs get another one.

Beware of the company’s 30 day return policy if buying wallpaper on sale but not hanging it straight away. They refused to refund my unopened returns as it was more than 30 days.

Ordered and received wallpaper. Wanted to return one roll and followed returns procedure which is you pay £6 to Hermes and drop in at Hermes shop and Hermes deliver to I Love Wallpaper. My return has gone missing and I Love Wallpaper want nothing to do with this despite Hermes being their delivery partner and accepted my return form etc, so I am now £28 out of pocket. Hermes impossible to contact by any means. I Love Wallpaper Customer Service incredibly unhelpful. I got conflicting information and fobbed off each time I called. Unwilling to help despite accepting my return. I Love Wallpaper state on their website "Fill in Hermes' easy online returns form and follow the instructions. You have the option to take your parcel to a nearby drop-off point or arrange a collection from your home or work. We'll take care of the rest!" I Love Wallpaper do not "take care of the rest", they don't want anything to do with you once they have your money. Beware!

A professional decorater came and would not hang my wallpaper. When he pasted it the backing paper would come off. I'm telling you now you will not get get refund from these people. They just say the same thing over and over again saying sende pictures I have and they say it's not good enough. Please don't buy from this company. They are awful after care services.

A dozen rolls of Otis Geometric Wallpaper in various colours. Quality is very poor, it tears far too easily and the pattern comes off eg when you put very little pressure on. Eg hanging a clock or picture. It looks lovely if you don’t look closely. If we had a car we would have returned it all, so much wasted and so difficult to work with. I do not recommend at all.

Bought the panel wallpaper in charcoal. The paper is terrible the slightest bend in the paper left a white mark on the paper (very difficult to avoid bending when working with long lengths) like the look of the paper but had to remove due to all the marks

Very misleading! We purchased from Australia and paid in AUD. No mention whatsoever during the transaction process or in their Ts and Cs that they: " do not charge VAT on International orders but there are increased administration costs to fulfil international orders, which are inclusive of the price, this is reflected under VAT on the invoice. Import costs are separate to this "The Wallpaper Warehouse Ltd is based in the United Kingdom. Any orders that are received from outside of UK may be subject to import tax and custom charges. Should the customer fail to pay the necessary taxation, any costs incurred for shipping, recovering and destroying items will be deducted from any refunds that are offered."

Absolutely shambles of a company. Tell u to request a batch number that you need then send a complete different number. Already opened one original roll so can’t return and request all the same batch number. Ordered numerous times from here aswell. Won’t be using again!!!

Ordered the Midnight Tropics Mural, I was very happy with choice. Halfway through papering the wall I noticed a flaw in the paper. It completely destroys the look of the wall and will have to be replaced. But most certainly not by this company, quality paper does not come with added flaw features. I have now read many reviews that say the quality is poor and flaws are not isolated incidents. I raised the complaint immediately - due to decorating I didn't pick my emails up every day. When I did a few days later, my complaint had been closed. Customer service is abysmal. When I raised this matter, I was informed they would send my pictures to the manufacturing dept. Several days later and no reply. Not only do they sell flawed wallpaper but they are also unwilling to deal with it.

Be careful when buying paint from this retailer as their return policy is outdated compared to other outlets. We only requested an exchange in the Blaydon branch but they were not forthcoming. The product was off the shelf and not bespoke so could not see a problem. SO BE WARNEDas we all make mistakes.

I was asked to take photos after questioning the colour of the wallpaper I received as it was not as described on their website and the resolution of the print was grainy and poor quality. I was asked to take some photos so they could check it. Naturally I opened the roll of paper to take the photos. They informed me after reviewing the photos that the paper was as expected at which point I requested a refund as I was not happy with the quality/colour. I was informed that because I had opened the roll, that it was against their returns policy and that they would not refund me my money if I returned it after being opened. Despite the paper being clearly different from the website pictures/description/quality (as you would expect from a £100 roll of wallpaper!) and that I was tricked into opening the roll unknowingly invalidating my return as per their policy, I requested politely that they make an exception given the circumstances and accept the return (still within the 30 days), but they refuse. I believe that I am within my rights to open and inspect goods bought online (as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations) and will be taking this further.

As all products are wrapped in clear cellophane to allow the design to be visualised on receipt, as the product has been removed from the packaging unfortuantly this would make it non resaleable to accept a return at this stage. Our request for images was to see what you could to reflect on the issue, we did not advise opening the product at any stage to show this. As the product has been reviewed and matched to the product images shown on our website, we can assure you the design is not faulted or misprinted. Avoid Avoid. I ordered 6 rolls on the basis that the online calculator told me to order 5. I only in fact needed 4 and so am now left with two surplus rolls. I sent them back a wee bit over the 30 days policy and they won't refund. I have just had to pay £6.95 to have them returned to me or I would lose out on the £44 I paid for them. 30 days during a global pandemic is shocking especially when the only reason I couldn't get mY decorator in sooner was restrictions changing. I have been told a lot of tosh about batch numbers etc, but rolls of paper don't change. I won't deal with this company again.

Not a great experience at all. Ordered samples from their website which costed about £6 and four tiny samples turned up, which hardly showed the pattern on the papers I’d selected. I ordered one too many rolls for safety. However their returns policy of 30 days isn’t great as I’m now stuck with an unopened roll in perfect condition that I don’t need. Paper isn’t great to work with and the quantity is pretty poor. Wouldn’t use again.

Unfortunately, with larger designs such as this, it's impossible to send the full pattern as the pattern is larger than the sample. The samples are sent primarily for colour/texture reference and so that you can arrange a paint match etc, however, we understand it is nice to see how it would look first hand and are looking to improve on this. TISSUE PAPER,30 YRS HANGING PAPERS,THIS IS DEFINITELY THE WORST.Customer bought 20 rolls,I hung two lengths and won't put my name to it.Can't use a blade on it because its like pulp when wet,bad product.Anyway who would buy w/paper on line? No rep to argue with,pity because I've sent every rep on his way and always got my customers dosh returned.
