They will no longer deliver to Northern Ireland - despite my being a previous customer. Very poor customer care.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Due to recent changes to the UK/EU trade agreements we have suspended our delivery services for Ireland for a short while. Ordered two samples of wood panel wallpaper, the samples were atrocious, you couldn’t tell what the wallpaper was like at all! Very disappointed!!

I'm sorry to hear your unhappy with the samples ordered from us, samples are cut to a specific size and as they're primarily for colour & texture purposes it's not always possible you will receive a sample showing the full design. Received my sample today. So when you ask for a sample, should you not give a sample of that shows off a section of detail off the wallpaper so you can see what it will look like on your wall? Well I didn’t receive that today. Pointless really as all I got was half of the design. Please when sending to customers in future perhaps cut out bigger section to show of design/detail of wallpaper. Photos below is design I wanted and photo of what I got.

The wall paper is not 3D as pictures it is completely flat disappointed sending back

The samples that I ordered are really nice but when I came to order the wallpaper, it was sold out :-( so I am quite disappointed with it

The delivery time was good but the wallpaper itself was very poor quality I’m a professional decorator but despite my best efforts the paper tore & snagged easily as well as stretching! The edges curled up as soon as the paste was applied even though it was mixed to the right standard & I would say it was as poor quality as Laura Ashley wallpaper (decorators around the country will know what I mean by that) overall I’m very unhappy with this product!

I never received my package from Dpd, after brexit they said there was delays and it will be with me soon and I just checked the tracking today and they said they have sent it back to you, very confused

I received my order on 7th Jan..I could not believe the state in which it was delivered..the box was ripped in fact the end of the box was missing..and a hole in the wallpaper polythene wrapping! It was left outside the porch..exposed to the elements..not even put inside the porch..I rang yourselves to complain and I sent an email containing a picture..it is most unsatisfactory..and I expect a complete refund very soon..

The wallpaper was very low quality. We had rolls from the same batch and they didn’t even line up. Their customer service team is not helpful. I would suggest ordering from someplace else!

My order arrived over a month late, even after I’d waited months for a notification it would be in stock! Then all I was offered as an apology is 5% off a future order - I have no more plans to wallpaper at home and if I did, it wouldn’t be through this company!

However, we often have promotions to save on the cost and occasionally provide them free of charge. Please feel free to contact us and we are always happy to advise on offers that will save on this cost.

During the first lockdown they allowed me to purchase rolls of a wallpaper that they didn't have in stock and I waited weeks and weeks, I then asked for a refund and that never came. I had to call again 3 weeks after my first refund request and got my money back and then a week or two later received an email to say my wallpaper was coming on that day, so I then had to wait all morning for the delivery so I could send it back, it wasn't downtown the delivery guy he is one who often delivers and he is always good and on time. I used to always buy my wallpaper from I love wallpaper but I have now lost my faith in them.

I won’t be ordering from them ever again! Got samples at the start of lockdown and liked one roll, went to order but out of stock for ages and ages - that’s fine, expected at these crazy times. I was delighted when I got an email to say it was back in stock and ordered within 2 hours. However the wallpaper never showed up! After 5 days from the estimated delivery I contacted them to ask for an update. They said it was delayed from the suppliers and would be with them in a few days. It’s poor that I wasn’t told this! It then STILL wasn’t with them after a few days. So I had to chase again. The wallpaper has now FINALLY arrived. I emailed to see if I could have a gesture of goodwill given I’d waited over a month. They offered me 5% off my next order. What a joke! 5% is poor when they have offers on all the time and also - it’s not like I regularly order wallpaper. I have no plans to decorate further rooms and if I do - it now won’t be through them. Poor service when this is the second time I’ve ordered from them and had also recommended to 2 friends. But I won’t be doing that anymore. Shame!

the paper that was delivered didnt match even though from the same batch number, it was a complete waste of time and money as the whole lot had to be sent back. The wallpaper had quite a few lines that needed matching up but no matter how you tried this there was always a line on the strip that didn’t match up. Customer services did respond quickly though.

Samples that cost and postal cost to come folded in to small pieces which then affect the look of the wallpaper with lines and tears what did I pay for?

Thank you for your review. We do stipulate on the website that samples are charged at £1.25 each with a one-off delivery charge of £1.49.
