“The engineer arrived on time and was very polite, He did a very professional job of servicing my Hot tub including treating the outside. A job well done and would highly recommend.”

“Hydro Active Spas went above and beyond for our Garden Patio/Greenhouse area. The ideas were good, and the finish was also excellent. There were problems as our house was a newbuild, so the ground wasn't finished properly and wouldn't drain properly causing a few issues, but they looked at the problem, decided on a solution and implemented it. And it worked perfectly. We are so pleased with the end result. We would definitely use them again. Maybe next year a Hot Tub might be an option, lol. I would definitely recommend these guys, from start to finish the work was top class. Many Thanks for your hard work.”

“Bought my spa back in 2018 which was a pleasure in itself. Brilliant experience throughout. Had the guys back for yearly services since purchase Today the team have supported a spa move due to me moving house they arrived promptly was pleasant and helpful during the spa move and provided excellent customer service. By having them to move my spa it protects my warranty on my tub which is a no brainer. Anyhoo we went to the destination of where my hot tub was going to be stored however when we arrived the storage place had significantly Messed up and our reserved unit was not available. This will have put the team at hydro active completely out for their jobs for the day due to this delay however they were extremely helpful and reassuring especially to my partner who was there for them personally. The guys were trying to help us think of options and ringing round to help us get sorted which was an amazing help to us at such a stressful time. We managed to get sorted and the team jumped straight to it and took my tub off to safety. I can’t thank Martin Scott and the team that attended today and also Katie at the Branton sales centre enough for all the help they have given us to move our beloved tub. Anyone looking for a spa I highly recommend they only stock the best and their service is second to non.”

Natalie.. what can we say. Moving house is stressful enough without the added problems that external business' create. We wanted and needed to take that away from you, and hopefully that's what we did. We're just glad we have managed to come up with a solution that worked for all parties. Hopefully you're opn with the move if not already in the new house, and are making it your home. “Had a hot tub repair done today by hydro active spas . From booking it in at the showroom in branton to finding the problem, getting the correct part ordered and then repaired took a week. Very prompt and reliable service. We have had a yearly hot tub service with them for the past 5 years and the odd repair in between as well as up to date chemical advice and each time we get great service, communication and advice each time. Everyone we have crossed paths with over the years is friendly and knowledgable about all of their products. Thanks Martin for todays repair 👍”

“Very stylish heat pump,took time in installing, very professional. We purchased this on advice of Hydro-Active spas, have seen clear evidence of savings on cost and whilst we were stood looking at the pump the temperature was steadily climbing, faster and cheaper, what's not to like!. Plus it looks very stylish too. Great job guys.”

“These guys were absolutely amazing we didn't think it was possible to move the hot tub through the bi fold doors and after several attempts it went out with literally a millimeter to spare. I would not hesitate to have these guys back, a Premier firm with great staff too.”
