Hydro-Active Pools & Spas came to service our hot tub which they did fantastically and properly! To the point where we saw legs out the top whilst they made sure to polish every bit! We also discussed a heat pump which we decided to have installed. They organised the installation swiftly and Martin the engineer came and installed the heat pump very professionally and also took the time to explain exactly how it worked which was very useful. Since having the heat pump our electricity bills have over halved daily even factoring in the warmer weather, a no brainer with the cost of electricity now and I would recommend anyone thinking about one to contact Hydro-Active Pools & Spas and get one installed! Fantastic company and special mention to Katy in the office who has been brilliantly helpful at every step!
