“I purchased a pair of pants and was told my billing address did not match and when I returned the email back with my billing address my order was cancelled and it took a week to get my money back horrible customer service”

Dear Dalton, i am very sorry for any inconvenience caused, the information on your order must match the information your card is registered too to pass the security checks,we cannot continue without proof of this, card payments are not instant either way and need to go through clearing with your bank, this was all explained via private e-mail. apologies again Hurley web team
