“Parcel arrived fine and very happy with purchases especially my ted baker purse and communication regarding order etc was prompt but had to return an item and still awaiting refund for item which was sent back more than a week ago, ive just received an email to say product has been returned and a full refund issued to my account, will definitely use this company again and will be recommending it to friends and family as prices alot lot cheaper than the actual branded shop!thanks again”
