“It was my first time ordering. I was a bit reluctant. I was pleasantly surprised and will definetly order again from this store. Customer service , product and value are keys to my shopping at a particular store. Hurleys has all three keys.”

“Nice and quick delivery. Uggs weren't as expected and would be helpful to inform customers on uk size difference. I'm a size 4 but uggs were too small. Also had to pay for return postage on expensive boots.”

“I am amazed that a company like this can be in business when you get zero communication from them and absolutely no returns policy!! Shameful!! I wont ever use them again, as there are much better companies available!!”

“I was very disappointed with the return service and that I need to pay for it even after I've spent so much on the purchase. There was no prepaid return label or instructions in the package. Only in fine print the address we needed to post the return to - which cost me £5.50! This is the reason I will not use Hurley's again.”
