Emailed them with a query not had response- been charged for postage when says should be free. Poor service

Product was as described. Delivery, however, was really, really slow and the office unhelpful when I queried about it.

I ordered a bag for my daughter which I was told was in stock and paid straight away. I recd an email stating payment had gone through and order was being processed. 3 days later I recd another email stating it was not in stock and was refunded. How it took 3 days for them to come to the conclusion that something they had in stock originally was not 3 days later when it takes a matter of minutes to check stock quantities??

Received an e mail toay my goods had been dispatched only to then receive one saying they were out of stock. Say no more.

I placed my first order online with Hurleys and everything went well and was processed. However i then received email correspondence 2 days later saying order had been cancelled as the item is now out of stock. Why couldnt this have been advised as i was placing my order it would have saved a lot of time and inconvenience for me as well as yourselves.
