I would not reccomend buying from here, I was sent a pair of Hugo boss sandals that had labels ripped off and tied back on, they weren't attached together, the Hugo boss display bag they come in had the drawstring button missing and none of it was wrapped in the sealed cellophane wrap, clearly seconds that someone else has probably worn once and taken back and to me after the money your spending this is definitely NOT acceptable and I will therefore not be ordering from here again.

Paid returns is a nightmare. I spent £12 sending two pairs of shoes back because the sizing was way off on them.

Ordered and paid for my product on 31st October. Still waiting for an email to say when I'm likely to receive it or when it'll be dispatched. Not impressed with the poor communication.

I ordered my purchase 7 days ago, and they still haven't arrived yet, I'm being asked to write a review before I've seen any goods ,seems a weird way of doing things .

Only just purchased for first time not ideal for compared to other stores regarding returns and exchange policy ,I had to return goods because they are to large ,i had to purchase same item again await a refund from my original purchase and pay postage on the return and postage on the new item not ideal as a consumer , Cant understand why they would not exchange. The goods have now worked out more expensive than other on-line stores when i add up all postage charges

Was delighted to see these boots in the sale so ordered them for my daughter.They arrived within a week & she was over the moon with them but when she tried them on she couldn't get her foot in. She tried again & again but there was no way so we took them into the store nearby where they informed us that there was a problem with the smaller sizes & a few had been returned. We did buy another pair but chose childrens with a zip to overcome the problem.I wanted to point this out to other customers as we did pay postage on them which was not refunded.Delighted with the new pair.

I ordered two pairs of shoes, one pair of Uggs and a pair from Ash. The Uggs are great but the Ash shoes were too tight and looked slightly grey on the white toe area. The order form asked mr to return by recorded delivery which was £9.10. I think the shoes were a fantastic price in the sale but would have prefered to spend more on the shoes and had free or cheaper returns costs.

I placed an order fine, couple of days later money went back into my account with no explanation! I presume was out of stock but a curtesy call or e-mail would have been nice!!!!

I ordered a book Sunday and it stated 3-5 days delivery and they sent it out on Wednesday so never got it in time for my partners birthday present

The color I recieved wasn't the same as the one I thought I bought online. No only that but the case gets stained very easily by anything dark i.e. pen. Or I think even holding it has turned the sides darker. Wouldn't recommend.

I was contacted by Hurleys and informed that one of the two buttons would not fasten on the jumper i had ordered and was offered ten percent off.I accepted this and was sent the jumper.On receiving the jumper i noticed that the stitching around the wrist of the jumper is coming apart.I have not contacted Hurleys about this as i cant be bothered to send it back.Very disappointed though.

Ordered these thinking they were jeans as described and the picture was not very clear. They were not jeans, but would have been very nice leggings if had fitted.

The item itself was good however all I needed was a size up and since for whatever reason you don't do exchanges I now have to wait for you to receive the item then wait days for a refund then order again then wait days to receive to receive the item. This is so frustrating something as simple as an exchange would save me loads of time.

Was disgusted that I was charged postage, even though the boots I'd ordered were £215, just because I used a discount code for my first order. When the delivery arrived, the box was very battered and torn. Cost me £11 to return the boots, So, not at all happy, and won't use again.

One of the items "suddenly wasn't in stock" even though it said it was in stock on the site (and still does). Shouldn't really be selling stuff they don't have. Got a refund promptly, hence just 'Poor' instead of 'Very poor'.
