Product arrived in good time and were bought for a good price (on sale). No returns label included, so i had to arrange return postage myself (cheapest i could find was £8). Christmas returns period ends 5th Jan, which is very tight in terms of the postage services available other than Royal mail (quoted at £12). I was away for Christmas so could only send my parcel back today, I just hope it gets there in time. Not that reassuring for a £150 item.

I was very disappointed with the return service and that I need to pay for it even after I've spent so much on the purchase. There was no prepaid return label or instructions in the package. Only in fine print the address we needed to post the return to - which cost me £5.50! This is the reason I will not use Hurley's again.

Delivery was very late. As bought for a birthday present did not arrive on time. But partner is pleased with purchase

The delivery was much longer than expected and the lack of communication was enough to not purchase anything else from Hurleys. Poor service all round.

Delivery took 10 days and no contact from the store at all to warn of delay, not good when it was a present and I paid for for 2-5 day shipping.

They took 2 weeks to deliver and by then I didn't need them . Returned 3weeks ago and still haven't recieved refund . Sort out your admin !

ordered a pair of Uggs and they forgot my order. Wasn't until i emailed you asking where my item was for you to get it out on delivery. very poor service and not even a sorry or part refund. dissapointed to say the least.

My husband ordered slippers for him mum when they came they were wrong side no way of getting in touch with Hurleys about this problem still no money back tHis as gone on since December never again

I did get an email about the transaction going through, but that was the last communication until the package arrived, 40 days later. I called, no answer, i emailed, no answer. Terrible costumer service.
