“Easy to buy, grabbed 3 absolute bargains, order tracking was easy to follow so knew exactly when it was coming! As usual very impressed all round!”

“No email sent to inform me that goods were available to collect in store - I only found out when I logged in to "my account ". Two items were unavailable, again I only found out when I logged in. Not as good as previous online shopping experience with Hurleys”

“Is this request for a review a joke? It took you 4 days after taking my money to tell me the order I made was no longer in stock and then a further 3 days for you to refund my money. Wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. Useless.”

“Perfect shop, perfect service. Very fast delivery. Some times was i ordered some staff which was out off stock but was in the base to make an order. Later i've been informed and they made me refund for this. I think it's good enough. Thanks.”

“The only issue i have is that i had email customer service as i hadnt recieved an email updating me on my order. I got a respone pretty quick telling me that they had had problems emailing customers to tell them there items were at the shop and that i could pick my item up. Everything else was spot on”

“Bought a lovely ted baker bag in the sale and also got an extra 10% off as if was my first order! Quick delivery as well :) My only bad point is that my lovely soft leather bag came wrapped in its dust cover, bubble wrap and postage bag which then had rubber bands wrapped round causing my bag to be slightly misshapen! After spending over £100 on one order surely a lovely Hurleys box wouldn't go a miss? Keep the bag from getting damaged and also give a sense of luxury to your delivery!”
