“Ordering online was quick & easy to do. The order did take slightly longer to arrive in store than I thought it would. Manual forms (in this day & age) are filled in when items are returned which I found to be a longer process than it needed to be”

“Stock levels not always up to date, received refund very quickly. Ordered 1 bag came quickly & packaged well. Spoke to very helpful lady called Michelle, emails or tel back very quickly. Would definitely shop again.”

“Fantastic service, fast delivery. I had ordered the wrong size online so I had to phone customer services the lady I spoke to was polite friendly and sorted my problem out straight away. I just wish I knew the ladies name so I could put it in my review”

“I purchased a pair of Ash Virgo glitter plimsolls - very difficult to get hold of these pretty shoes - everywhere seemed to have sold out of them - But Hurley have some! ....brilliant! Really glam shoes that will go with everything from jeans to summer dresses. .....and Hurley's delivery and packaging was fantastic - so fast and carefully delivered.....thank you Hurley!”

“Service from Hurley was very good, but I was gutted that between me ordering the item and it arriving, the price was reduced by 50% on the Ted Baker website. My Hurley purchase went from being a wonderful bargain to being over-priced compared to buying direct from Ted Baker. :( :( Very unhappy.”

“I'm usually quite cautious ordering from a website I haven't heard of before - however there was no need in this case, the ordering process was very easy, delivery was speedy and the product arrived well packed and in perfect condition - thanks Hurleys, couldn't get this item in my size anywhere else - will definitely use you again!!!”
