“When I had an enquiry customer service was transparent and very helpful. The delivery was swift and came when it said it would- furthermore the product was the exact same as what was viewed on the website. Highly recommend, fantastic all round. Thank you”

“The price I paid was around£20 cheaper than everywhere else. Pros Quick delivery and price Cons. Postage to be paid to be sent and if needed to be returned. However adding the postage on they were still cheapest around”

“I ordered UK size 12 for this Barbour Trevose Striped jacket. I normally wear a US Medium / 8-10 and this fits me. Haven't had a need to use it yet, so can't comment on jacket's functionality.”

“I was thrilled when my Ted Baker coat arrived in the mail today!! The coat was exactly as ordered. There were a few initial hiccups with my US-placed order, but they were VERY promptly and thoughtfully corrected. If I would have one suggestion for Hurley, it would be that they might consider using UPS rather than the normal postal service. I am not sure it would be that much more expensive. It ultimately couldn't be tracked and it took considerably longer than I thought -- 20 days. Luckily I had padded in plenty of time till when I needed it, in online services, you would expect it a little sooner. I have had other things from the UK arrive a lot faster. But none-the-less pleased!!”

“I found what I was looking for straight away. The parcel was delivered quickly and the Purse was as expected from Ted Baker. It is a lovely Purse and I am very pleased with it. I am also very pleased with the service from Hurleys . I would shop with them again.”
