“Had to wait for all items to be in stock before they were sent, and would've had to pay additional delivery costs to get the items that were in stock sent before they were all in stock which was a bit annoying. Other than that was a good experience”

“Items had a long lead time from Hay but shipped out as soon as they were available, happy with the service. Website was a bit difficult as basket reset when over a certain number of items in it, but overall a good experience and would shop again.”

“Great customer services as problems get actually resolved with them. Would recommend the shop as they are trustworthy. Jack was very helpful throughout my refund process. This shop would be great if they offered free and easy returns.”

“Beautiful items and a lovely range of things. They arrived all packaged nicely. However I had to return 2 items and it did take a little while for the refund. They did get in touch and try and resolve this for me which was appreciated”

“Generally good, turns out the slippers I ordered were out of stock in the colour in which I ordered them. This was resolved fairly quickly, but makes me give a 4 rather than 5.”

“An great pair of jeans that I’ve been searching for as discontinued by my usual shop. Not easy to find. Best price compared to other online retailers and more sizes available. Bit late on delivery but that was ok - not by much and kept me informed”
