“Delivery fine but very disappointed that I had to pay for return postage. Given this I don’t plan on shopping with HUH again.”

Thanks for your feedback Karen. Unfortunately it's just not viable for us to operate with both free shipping and free returns, as much as we would like to offer it. We hope it doesn't put you off shopping with us in the future :)

“The product did arrive quite speedily, however it is not the correct product. I am having to contact you and try to organise the delivery of the correct item and also go to the post office to return the incorrect product.”

“The deals from this store are great! Low Price on great quality items, BUT having to wait 3 weeks for the item to arrive when delivery policy is 2 - 4 days is a bit ridiculous, especially when you email to no response. All in All, good prices and worth ordering from, if you don't mind waiting an eternity for them to arrive!”

Thank you for your feedback. As the owner of HUH. Store I can only apologise and say I'm very disappointed to hear about the delay with your order. I will personally be investigating what caused the delay in this case, as the majority of our orders are dispatched same-day and delivered within 1-2 working days. “Good delivery but the product is not what I ordered and there is no packing slip/receipt in the box. Have emailed customer care and will wait for a reply. The items I had ordered now shown as Out of stock on the website”

“Order placed on the understanding of a 2-3 working days delivery for a gift. Parcel arrived 7 days later, delayed by HUH 6 days and by UPS failing to try and deliver by 1. I have to keep the gift for myself!”

Hi Carmen, I believe we spoke regarding this via email. The 15cm diameter listed on the product page is the correct diameter for the widest part of the pot you purchased. The opening diameter is also listed on the product page. Thanks, Jack

“I made two orders and never received mail that they were out of stock. Then after calling several times was told one item was going to be delivered which then also turned out to be out of stock. Despite this everyone I spoke to was lovely so it wasn't too bad.”
