Good evening, it’s has come to my unfortunate attention that the purchased FERM LIVING UNO CANDLE – SALMON did not quite meet my expectations, I was anticipating a gloriously elegant drip of wax to gently dribble in slow motion fashion down the shaft of the FERM LIVING UNO CANDLE. My disappointment was quickly established after the first 30 minutes into the burning procedure. Not a dribble in site! Absolutely distraught.

Pretty delayed delivery of my item (still yet to receive 8 days later after purchasing Royal Mail tracked 48H). Understand it was Black Friday recently but I’ve been left in the dark with order updates and haven’t even received a follow up to my email over a few days ago. Disappointed.

Hi Matthew, Thank you for your feedback and my apologies for the delay with delivery. We are running behind at the moment due to the high demand during Black Friday. Your email was received on Saturday at 4:55pm and was replied to very quickly, one minute later, at 4:56pm confirming your order would be delivered this week. Please bear in mind this was replied to out of office hours. You sent a follow up yesterday (Tuesday 8th December) for further delivery information. Shipping confirmation and a tracking number were emailed across shortly after on the same day, confirming delivery on Thursday, in line with our original response on Saturday. I feel our communication has been very swift and accurate in terms of delivery timelines. My apologies again that your delivery was beyond the original 2-4 business days due to the high demand at Black Friday. If you need anything else we are also available on live chat on the phone. Loved the products when they FINALLY arrived....unfortunately 6 months after ordering. Customer service disappointing as failed to keep me regularly updated - I had to chase for updates. Appreciate the issues were with suppliers but my advice to HUH would be to only allow customers to place orders where items are in stock, or be realistic about length of delays. Initially I was told 4/5 weeks. Not a great customer experience and no apology once I received my goods.

Unfortunately many items ordered in December and January due to the severe delays caused by both Covid (the lack of shipping containers) and Brexit (severely delaying and postponing imports to the UK). Lovely products but delivery (still waiting for my package 2 months on) is ridiculous, and customer service is mediocre. I've had a couple of emails go unanswered and when I do get a response it is never apologetic despite the huge delays in receiving the item. This has seriously put me off ever ordering from the website again. I do understand that the shipping delays are due to Brexit, but I have had several orders from Europe that have arrived on time with no issues. It is the lack of communication that grates me.

I ordered these candles as a Christmas present on the 25th of November (6 weeks ago) and my order still hasn’t been shipped. I’m extremely disappointed.

Ordered something which wasn’t available... wasn’t told this until I chased twice as delivery date had come and gone. Previous order took far too long to arrive (3weeks). They got good stuff but long delivery and non-arrivals isn’t worth the gamble.

Only half my items were delivered. When I asked for an update on the missing item, I was told a new one would be sent. It’s been a over a month and still nothing. Not even a tracking/confirmation

Placed order over 2 weeks ago, tracking number gives no information and have emailed to ask where the shipment is (as full money has been taken). Still awaiting a reply to my email and the product itself.

Careful when ordering to check the details of the item. Bought a carhartt jacket but there was and filtered for men yet ended up with the womens version. Now the hassle or having to return and wait for a refund

The jacket took 2 weeks to dispatch which wasn't very clear when making the order (it said 2-3 days shipping). When it arrived the jacket was massive, it's a size Small but it fits my boyfriend who is a Large better than me. Only positive for me is that returns are free.

Hi Elizabeth, Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear you found the size of the item too large. We do of course have free returns, so feel free to send back to us for an exchange or refund. You're right, this item was out of stock and needed to be ordered in for you, so it had a 5-10 business day dispatch time. The 2-3 days you mention is the shipping time once it's been dispatched. The dispatch time can be found in a green box on the product page and also in the shopping cart and on your order status page. The store sended me the wrong back. I orded a weekendbag but recieved the bagback. So I orded the bag once again and returned the first one. By returning I forget to included a form, so I contacted the store. There where some emails over and back but I never recieved a solution about any refund.

Hi Lisandra, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the initial error with the wrong item being sent to you, and I'm glad that was rectified and the correct item was received. The return you made, as you say, did not include any paperwork. When we receive an order back without the paperwork, we have no way of telling where or who it came from, so cannot allocate the return. Hi Jardyn, Thank you for your feedback. I can see delivery was 5 business days instead of the usual 2-3. The item your ordered was located at our London shop, so was shipped to our warehouse first for dispatch. This process added two days to the normal shipment time. I ordered a bag and waited a few days when. I received an email saying they were running slow on despatch. Then a couple of days later I was told my Item was out of stock! They did give me 30% off my next order which I used on a different bag (although still more expensive as wasn’t in the sale) this second bag arrived but was also very slow. Product is good, delivery terrible

Wouldn’t recommend huh store if there’s a high chance that you’re going to return what you’re purchasing. No refund was received until I followed up with an email after 2 weeks of sending the item back. Great delivery - poor returns service.

I received the wrong order. I ordered a rose/pink colored shelf and a black one was sent. However, Jack in customer service has been incredibly helpful in sorting this out for me.
