“I just used you shop for the first time and already I had to be disappointed. I received an e-mail saying that you cannot ship the ordered parts even though the site indicated that they were in stock. This is quite disappointing from a company like this. Unfortunately, I can't say anything good in this situation.”

My money was not available to me for some time before I could purchase elsewhere. I received a refund after some days. I felt deceived and disappointed. Cannot award zeros stars.”

“placed order on 9th may received email from Fin Johnson on 10th may stating item was on back order for 4 weeks. I replied right away clearly asking to cancel my order as I will purchased elsewhere. 3 weeks later item arrived but I rejected delivery for 2 reasons. 1. I cancelled my order and 2. the box was damaged. Chased up my refund 5 times and when I finally received it I had been refunded but £10 less chased this up 3 times and then finally given it back on the 30th of June. Eibach make great springs but need to restructure their customer service and experience given to new customers. As a bank manager if my staff dealt with customers like this company does then they would be looking for jobs elsewhere. My opinion is avoid buying from Potnshop and look at another retailer to avoid all the headache,stress and inconvenience. The funny part is 10 emails sent and they claim to not have received even 1.”

“Ordered item to be told not in stock(when stated it was and still does) and stock wouldn’t be coming until August. Had to get a refund. If it’s not in stock, update yer website”

“I ordered a set of springs for my car. Next day emailed you and asked to clarify they fitted my car, was told they wouldn't and it's only front springs which I don't just want two springs!? Got told they were cancelled..2 days later they turn up at my door? Now I've got to sort sending them back and to then get my money back 🙄”

“Items are listed as in stock, but they don’t carry any stock. Once your order is placed then they try to order from Eibach. Managed to get a full refund quickly, but would have been easier to not order In the first place when the item wasn’t available.”

“Back end of an SLK I was considering buying sat very high. Springs supplied by Eibach balanced the look of the whole car with no apparent negative effect on the comfort. Difficult to assess, but the handling has probably been improved.”

“Absolutely brilliant efficient service with everyone in the shop being friendly and helpful every call made. The lowering springs were delivered to my Northern Ireland address within 2/3 days of placing the order. I still have no invoice and would be grateful if one could be posted. “installed Eibach Pro-Kit springs to the standard dampers of a Fiat 124 Spider. See YouTube video on how to do it. It was a surprisingly easy job to do but took a full day for a novice mechanic like me. End result is that it seems not to have lost any comfort on the road but looks nicer being lower in the wheel arches and now corners much flatter with very little roll. Very happy with the result.”

“Ordered an eibach pro kit last week. Showing in stock at point of order and delivery by 11th Feb. Rang on the 14th to be told they are not in stock for 2 weeks. No one contacted me (states on site that they will contact if there is a delay). I cancelled my order but have yet to receive the refund....”

“Awesome service and awesome springs, I fit these to everyone car I have, cannot be beaten, only grumble I have is I was hoping they would bounce and jiggle the wife’s boobies around a bit more over speed bumps and uneven ground eg but they are really comfy and havnt really changed the stiffness and ride of the car from factory so her boobies don’t wiggle and jiggle anymore than before, shame but other than the titties, excellent springs”
