“One Word - Dogshit.Purchased 2 springs which were the wrong type, which was my fault. Returned them. One spring was handled by mechanic and contains some marks but was not fitted. Eibach refuse to refund me on that spring - €80 down the toilet. Stuff the customer - Shaft them every time!!”

“I live in Broughton astley where eibach have there warehouse and when spoke to them about collection they said no problem speak to Eibach shop and it can be done called the shop where told Carnt be done Demons tweaks managed to do it for my son the next week”

“Just the right drop I went for the sport line springs for my seat Leon Cupra and wanted to springs to work with the electronic dampers and must say the ride is much better than stock comfortable when you need it and stiffens in cupra mode would well recommend”

“Got the parts I ordered the price was bad. Also postage costs too much my package was only about 4cm*4cm and the back was about 20 times this. No thoughts for planet or customer bearing these fees”

Hey Thanks for the review, I am sorry we was not able to accommodate a cheaper shipping amount as the goods were delivered to Northern Ireland this is how much the courier charges for the goods, these goods came from a high volume warehouse where the majority of the parcels are full sizes spring kits rather then small fitting items so it is difficult to offer a different service without seeing delays for the customer. However your feedback is appreciated and we will look at this to see if we can offer something more eco friendly.

“Needed 2 rear springs to replace a broken one that was 12 years old the car is a 35 year old E34 BMW Phoned Eibach and in 5mins it was sorted they are now on there way to the garage from Germany sorted”
