Great value for money, disapointing that there was no order update or shipping tracking available. Paid for next day (Saturday) delivery and although they did arrive if we werent home the courier said he wouldn't of left them.

I live in Broughton astley where eibach have there warehouse and when spoke to them about collection they said no problem speak to Eibach shop and it can be done called the shop where told Carnt be done Demons tweaks managed to do it for my son the next week

Got the parts I ordered the price was bad. Also postage costs too much my package was only about 4cm*4cm and the back was about 20 times this. No thoughts for planet or customer bearing these fees

Hey Thanks for the review, I am sorry we was not able to accommodate a cheaper shipping amount as the goods were delivered to Northern Ireland this is how much the courier charges for the goods, these goods came from a high volume warehouse where the majority of the parcels are full sizes spring kits rather then small fitting items so it is difficult to offer a different service without seeing delays for the customer. However your feedback is appreciated and we will look at this to see if we can offer something more eco friendly.

Feeling mixed. The front looks great but the back doesn’t look any different. Yes they have been correctly put on. After now reading reviews it appears many people have this complaint

Hey Sean, Thanks for the review sorry you have not received the springs yet, I can see they're on the way but not quite with us yet, they're coming over on the UK container which has hundreds of kits we are desperate for! we will be expecting them this week, We will ping you an email to confirm this with you.

I ordered a set of springs for my car. Next day emailed you and asked to clarify they fitted my car, was told they wouldn't and it's only front springs which I don't just want two springs!? Got told they were cancelled..2 days later they turn up at my door? Now I've got to sort sending them back and to then get my money back 🙄

Website is good and easy to find correct parts but these have STILL not arrived. An email the day after purchase warned me that the parts may take 7 days but we are just past that now.

The web site shows items as in stock, when they not actually available from stock. Three weeks delivery for Germany is the best I can hope for, I was going to order the anti roll bar kit but will not be bothering now, probably go with Whiteline.

After a few emails back and forth about price matching. Decided to place an order because another company had none in stock. So ordered a set of Pro spring from website on the 23rd of March because it said they were in stock, only to get an email on the 24th to say Pro springs weren't in stock and could be week commencing the 5th of April before they would be sent out to me. We are in the 21st century and it's can't be hard to know your stock!

Hi, its tricky to give a review as when I ordered the springs online it said in stock and next day delivery available for additional cost. I have since found out that in fact the springs aren't in stock and I would have to wait 3 weeks plus for springs to arrive and has left me with out the use of my vehicle. The additional delivery cost has since been refunded but it has left me with out my vehicle. Hopefully the springs come sooner.

Ordered lowering springs 4th of June. Said 4-6 shipping days. Im writing this now 14th of June and they have not arrived. For 60£ shipping I expect 4-6 days. I know the all Eibach products are high quality so I got nothing bad to say about the product. This is probably not Eibach Shop fault but shipping is a part of the service they offer.

Received my springs from Germany, lucky to have four springs delivered. The package is just the normal retail box not appropriate for posting as the springs being so loose inside has split the bottom of the box in two locations, a bit more and the springs would have disappeared. Just not packaged for posting especially as they have come all the way from Germany
