“Got the Eibach spacers for my Focus RS MK3, 15mm front and 20mm rear after reading various reviews from other owners who'd been down different paths and ended up fitting Eibach. So figured I'd listen and skip the other types available. Really glad I did, easy fitting especially with stock RS wheels having plenty of space to accommodate the threads. Ordered on a friday, with me on Saturday lunchtime fitted in less time that it takes to cook a pizza!”

“I purchased a set of Eibach lowering springs from the Eibach shop in the UK, the service was excellent, I received the items the next day. What really impressed me was the fact that these springs are for an American vehicle and Eibach shop UK had them on the shelf ready ship out.”

“Very poor, on the first invoice it said the springs would be here in 1-2 buisness days or before the 10th november, i then had an email saying they would take 2-3 weeks as being held. wasn't that upset but thought i should get some kind of compensation, however got another email saying if i want them 5 days earlier i need to pay about £40 extra, whitch is not okay and then they gave me some discount code as all of the compensation i got for £240+ of springs. still waiting for them to arrive, but i brought them for an Astra H mk5 SRI 1.6 16v”

Hey Sean, Thanks for the review sorry you have not received the springs yet, I can see they're on the way but not quite with us yet, they're coming over on the UK container which has hundreds of kits we are desperate for! we will be expecting them this week, We will ping you an email to confirm this with you.

“Not happy with service item what am buy not on stock but payment was taken. Am get refund but just waisted my time. When order delivery should be on 3 days not 2 weeks. So Eibach should not take the payment if is not on stock”

Hey Robert, Thanks for the review. I am sorry you feel that way and we do want to hear the feedback good or bad. with our website all payments need to be taken at the time of order, but if the customer ever wants to cancel this is no issue and the money is returned as swiftly as possible, however we do our best to inform all customers ASAP and on the website of the stock, in this instance as they were in stock in Germany it displayed in stock. I am sorry you had a negative experience and hope you have a better one in the future.

“Full professional service 👌👌👌 , customer service, very helpful ,my car is same like others ,but is different specifications to mine 😉,in all UK was stock out my specific springs ,so I ordered,paid and sent to factory my request parts 😉 take me only maybe 3-5minutes ,check parts with one Lady in office from customer service,now just waiting from 7 week ,left 4 waiting 💪😎”

“Well after reading the many reviews AFTER I had ordered a set of springs for my Puma, I was amazed that they have arrived at my door just 19 hours…yes hours…after placing my order! Beautifully packed and ready to fit…which is the next job to sort out! Perfect service and I hope the springs cure my suspension bothers with the standard set up! Very impressed so far though….excellent service indeed!”

“Payment was taken for wheel spacers on 29th May. I was informed on the 30th May there was no stock but to expect delivery towards the middle of July. No further communication from your end and the spacers still haven't arrived by the 7th September.”

“Very helpful product descriptions, customer service was top notch. They contacted me to let me know that my parts were ordered in from the EU and that could take a few weeks with the option to pay a little more to guarantee delivery within a week and to make my garage date. Process was easy and quick and I was kept up to date by the same customer service rep throughout.”

“Unresponsive, no tracking number and no product after 2 months. After multiple emails for a copy of an invoice I called and the line just rang out. Horrible experience.”

“The shop had the springs I required, where many other retailers didn't and didn't expect stock any time soon. The ordering process was easy, and the staff member Chloe was very helpfull. The springs arrived next day delivery but unfortunately were the wrong ones, but the problem was resolved instantly with a phone call, and the incorrect springs were picked up by a courier the very next day with no hassle or paperwork needed on my behalf, and the correct ones arrived the day after, a Saturday shipment with no extra cost to myself...So great service, and a slight error was rectified swiftly and efficiently.”

“Starting from the most important point- the product which in my case was 20 mm wheel spacers. As you can expect from Eibach its always top quality. Materials used,finish touch and the look all high quality. Even the box don't look cheap with them. Service? Yes- very good service, quick delivery and on time -but that's what you expecting from someone who care about the costumers . Specially when you pay that top £££ for a parts. Yes it's worth it. What really makes me feel special it's the communication. Wasn't sure about something so just emailed to costumer service. Had all the answers I want within a few minutes- wasn't expecting that. Highly recommended seller Eibach UK of top quality German products.”
