I haven't received my order after eight days with express delivery. I had to reach out and was told there was an error; my order never reached their supplier. So it looks like I'm waiting another week due to their fault, and it took me reaching out for the problem to be solved.( if my order doesn't get lost again)Hopefully, next week (two weeks later) I will finally receive my springs.

Hey Tyler, Thanks for the review, I am sorry you feel like we're a 1 star company. The team reached out to you as we saw your review and want to fix any issues. The Express option at checkout is for items that are out of stock, but we can express them from Germany. this was processed as per the order however the computer had an error which meant it did not happen. My team reached out to you to make you aware of this and check you are still happy to wait instead of just processing and you being left in the dark. I think the 1 star review is a bit unfair considering we have tried to make it right, but if this is how you feel.

One Word - Dogshit.Purchased 2 springs which were the wrong type, which was my fault. Returned them. One spring was handled by mechanic and contains some marks but was not fitted. Eibach refuse to refund me on that spring - €80 down the toilet. Stuff the customer - Shaft them every time!!

Very poor, on the first invoice it said the springs would be here in 1-2 buisness days or before the 10th november, i then had an email saying they would take 2-3 weeks as being held. wasn't that upset but thought i should get some kind of compensation, however got another email saying if i want them 5 days earlier i need to pay about £40 extra, whitch is not okay and then they gave me some discount code as all of the compensation i got for £240+ of springs. still waiting for them to arrive, but i brought them for an Astra H mk5 SRI 1.6 16v

Not happy with service item what am buy not on stock but payment was taken. Am get refund but just waisted my time. When order delivery should be on 3 days not 2 weeks. So Eibach should not take the payment if is not on stock

Hey Robert, Thanks for the review. I am sorry you feel that way and we do want to hear the feedback good or bad. with our website all payments need to be taken at the time of order, but if the customer ever wants to cancel this is no issue and the money is returned as swiftly as possible, however we do our best to inform all customers ASAP and on the website of the stock, in this instance as they were in stock in Germany it displayed in stock. I am sorry you had a negative experience and hope you have a better one in the future.

Payment was taken for wheel spacers on 29th May. I was informed on the 30th May there was no stock but to expect delivery towards the middle of July. No further communication from your end and the spacers still haven't arrived by the 7th September.

Unresponsive, no tracking number and no product after 2 months. After multiple emails for a copy of an invoice I called and the line just rang out. Horrible experience.

Ordered springs showing in stock. They emailed next day saying 6 week’s delivery. Then took 2 more emails to sort a refund. WHY sell something you don’t have???

The delivery is f.king slow in the uk... i was orderd years ago also 4 lowering spring in Romania and that was fast...still not received the order after a week.....

Hey, Thanks for the review, we do accept the good and the bad. I must admit the couriers had a nightmare of a week last week, With Royal Mail striking it has caused a massive overflow into the DPD and DHL, Our main Eibach Eibach despatch warehouse uses DPD for UK customers (as they provide the best service) however it got to the point last week that there was postcodes that couldn't even have a label printed, luckily we managed to move the product to a different warehouse to despatch it, but is seeing some delays in delivery but with it being scheduled for delivery today. I know it is a problematic time, but i can see on the system we informed you of the delays, so i would hope that we deserve more then one star. if you need any more on this please do feel free to contact the sales team.

Stated the spacers were in stock, made a purchase only to receive an email saying they weren't in stock and that stock was in Germany, but it would take 3 weeks. I can only assume they are walking from Germany to the UK.

Having placed an order and paid over £1400 for items that were marked "in stock" and then receiving an email to say that they are actually not available for 6 to 7 weeks, I'm not overly impressed at this stage! Let's hope the suspension lives up to its expectations when I actually do receive it.

placed order on 9th may received email from Fin Johnson on 10th may stating item was on back order for 4 weeks. I replied right away clearly asking to cancel my order as I will purchased elsewhere. 3 weeks later item arrived but I rejected delivery for 2 reasons. 1. I cancelled my order and 2. the box was damaged. Chased up my refund 5 times and when I finally received it I had been refunded but £10 less chased this up 3 times and then finally given it back on the 30th of June.  Eibach make great springs but need to restructure their customer service and experience given to new customers. As a bank manager if my staff dealt with customers like this company does then they would be looking for jobs elsewhere. My opinion is avoid buying from Potnshop and look at another retailer to avoid all the headache,stress and inconvenience. The funny part is 10 emails sent and they claim to not have received even 1.

Ref Eibach PRO KIT , kit number E 10 20 013 02 22 , BMW 1 series model E 87 M sports i would NOT recommend kit for this bmw model

Ordered item to be told not in stock(when stated it was and still does) and stock wouldn’t be coming until August. Had to get a refund. If it’s not in stock, update yer website

Items are listed as in stock, but they don’t carry any stock. Once your order is placed then they try to order from Eibach. Managed to get a full refund quickly, but would have been easier to not order In the first place when the item wasn’t available.

Ordered two kits, with express delivery by the end of the week, confirmation showed standard 5-7 working days delivery. Follow up email 3 days later said one kit had been discontinued (although they will still happily take hundreds of your chosen money for it) and the other was on a minimum 3 week back order which was no use to me. The one star is for refunding all my money relatively quickly.

Bad experience. Ordered anti-roll bar for alpha 159, to replace a break Eibach one, write to me that it is no longer produced. Result: no warranty for the product Eibach.
