Item advertised as being in stock. In fact wasn’t and having to wait 3 weeks for item to be delivered.

They're more expensive than buying direct, I've recently discovered I could have saved myself at least €100 by buying elsewhere. I was also looking to buy sway bars, which are manufactured by Eibach, but for some reason I just cant buy them here, its like they dont exist. I have an mx5 ND 2019, and these sway bars are available elsewhere, but just not at the Eibach shop. Very disappointing.

I orded the recommended uplift springs for my car. Booked the car into a local garage to have them fitted and got a friendly call from the garage to say they don't fit the car. Did some more research and found that I had been sent the 2WD springs for my 4WD car. I returned the items for a full refund. Refund wasn't exactly forthcoming, had to push it a few days even after I waited 2 days beyond the maximum time they said it would be back in my account. To top it off they've put the same springs back in their website with absolutely no warning on them about which specific car they fit and which they don't. I put in my cars details and it takes me straight back to those incorrect springs. I even emailed them nicely to point this out and nothing been done so some other poor sod will have the same issue as me. Its cost me the price of the garage labour to find this out because obviously it wasn't their fault so I didn't ask for a refund from them.

I just used you shop for the first time and already I had to be disappointed. I received an e-mail saying that you cannot ship the ordered parts even though the site indicated that they were in stock. This is quite disappointing from a company like this. Unfortunately, I can't say anything good in this situation.

Ordered an eibach pro kit last week. Showing in stock at point of order and delivery by 11th Feb. Rang on the 14th to be told they are not in stock for 2 weeks. No one contacted me (states on site that they will contact if there is a delay). I cancelled my order but have yet to receive the refund....

A little disappointed that I cannot purchase an item that was showing in stock in the website. I was refunded which was fine, but nevertheless still disappointed :(

I have made the purchase last month and still dont have the spacers Would like to now if theres a problem

Hey, Thanks for the review, It would seem you have been in contact with ourselves, these spacers are due to leave us and will be shipped out DHL, we will get the tracking number over to you ASAP

Delivery took nearly 3 weeks. Wasn't advised of delays and very poor customer service response time when chasing them up.

Cant say anything about product quality as I still haven't received my order. The reason being because they put their contact info on the shipping information so I wasn't receiving emails from DPD which delayed my order by another week as the order was held by customs due to brexit until I paid customs fees and import tax but I didn't know it was being held as I wasn't receiving emails and I only found out it was being held by customs because I emailed eibach asking wheres my order as I haven't even gotten an "order dispatched" email. They emailed back quickly (within an hour) saying my order was in my country and due to be delivered by end of week then emailed me again forwarding an Email from DPD which was an email stating "final reminder to pay customs fees" so I paid it and wasn't too bothered yet but then the order was due to be delivered today (2 weeks after I initially ordered) but of course the contact details were wrong and probably used their own number and because of this DPD said they couldn't contact me and because of that they said I missed delivery so I had to log into DPD wizard and change all the contact info to the correct info which shouldve been there in the first place and wouldn't have delayed my order by an entire week

Disappointed in service Have now been waiting 9 working days was told off sales team they would be here end off last week 22-5-20 beginning off this week 25-5-20 5 to 7 days maximum with current situation I have emailed last night to find out what is going on and have had no reply poor customer service

Ordered some springs, after a week of 3 emails not getting a response they finally tell me my order is on hold for having a separate billing and delivery address, why would they allow the option to put in a different address in the first place.

I have had a bad experience from ordering on this site I order’d lowering springs last Saturday and got no confirmation email to say the order had been complete no meal to say that they have been sent to me or anything it’s been a week now and I still don’t know if my springs are coming or not also I got no tracking number to track them so currently I am not happy with the service

Very poor communication. I was told my order would be dispatched 23/06/17 and i would be provided with tracking info. When i didnt get tracking details i attempted to contact company throuhh email and telephone. No answer on the phone and no reply to emails. Not the way to conduct business. Will not be using again
