“Company seems good. Too early to say definitively. I'd have appreciated some literature to explain the different blends; it's nice to have something in your hand while you're making the drink, as opposed to having to look online yourself. But the website and imagery convey an idea of experience and expertise. The initial tastes of the coffees are very positive.”

“Extremely fast and accurate fulfillment. Delicious teas and coffees, my wife had the Blue Lady at Royal Albert Hall and I -had- to get her some for home!!! PS: Duke Street tea is excellent as an iced tea!!!”

“Tea & Coffee orders have always arrived promptly and quality is very good. I'm not interested in any other fancy products suppliers of goods like this sell and wish they would concentrate on their core business about which they presumably know best of all. H.R.Higgins have a decent range of tea & coffee and are one of two regular suppliers from whom I buy. I just hope they don't get too carried away with offering many products other than tea & coffee because in my experience the overall quality of the base product then begins to deteriorate. Happy to recommend at present.”

“A typical family firm who actually listen nto their customers. Sue and I only dring coffee and to go further we actually only drink. H>R>Higgin's coffee. Have just put an order in to stock us up with the eight of their coffees we drink all the time. We generally drink the stronger tasting coffees even their decaf is strong tasting but unlike other it does not have tht chemical taste. I got an email to say that the Rowandan Coffee is back in stock, it is the coffee which is light in taste so broke the rule for Sue and I but it does have the most lovely flavour. Thank you Higgins for bring us back. We now go back up to keeping 9 coffees. They are a lovely firm to deal with. Any very rare hickups are sorted quickly. I don't mind hickups now as it gives me and excuse to talk to them. Of course when in London I always call into Duke street for a cup. I am reccommend so very highly as life would be so appalling without Higgins coffees”

“I only drink two cups of coffee and one cup of tea a day and enjoy every drop. The favourites, which I return to are Breakfast Blend tea and Vienna coffee beans. Although expensive compared with supermarket coffee, there is no comparison in taste and delicious after-taste. Worth every penny.”
