“I have been buying my coffee from Higgins for over 40 years. This is because they have simply the best coffees I have ever tasted. Their pure coffees are of the highest quality, as are their blends, which are superb. I also like their support of ethically produced coffee. Their deliveries are always sent on time and during the lockdowns, I particularly appreciated that so very much. I also love their gift sets - so beautifully packaged.”

“If you are ever in London then a visit to the Duke St shop is a must. My first visit was in 1990 and been hooked ever since. Thankfully for those occasions when you can’t, Mail order is available. For a great floral tea try Blue Lady, and for an amazing coffee with no bitterness it’s Kibo Chagga. Tourists go to Fortnums; aficionados go to Higgins. It’s the best kept secret! Oh and customer service is like John Lewis on steroids! A++++”

“Very good experience, there’s one mis item in my order and I contacted HrHiggins, the next day Lucy quickly addressed it and replied to me with full refund (while they are still busy on handling high volume of orders after Black Friday Sales). Will definitely continue shopping here. Hope everyone have a good holiday too :-).”

“I ordered some coffee beans for our expresso machine and they arrived really quickly. Beautiful packages with information leaflets about making the perfect coffee. The coffee is the best quality we’ve tried up until now as we’ve had many coffee subscription but non of them delivered the quality that we were looking for. Our expresso shot comes out perfect now and the coffee taste amazing! We definitely gonna reorder! Many thanks !”
