“My delicious Keemun tea arrived promptly and did not disappoint. The service from the beginning on the website - very easy to find my way around to the end cup of tea! I initially ordered it to blend which I have and it is a lovely addition but it is a lovely liquer to drink solo.”

“For excellent service when looking for a purveyor of coffee and tea look no further than H.R.Higgins. I placed an order over the phone and both girls I spoke to were pleasant, efficient and keen to be of help, I also ordered online and that was trouble-free. “Purchased on August 15 and delivered to my door in southwest Ireland on the 19th is service hard to beat. And of course the coffee beans, which were the point of the exercise, are fantastic - real coffee, not to be confused with the dry, humourless and barely functional corporate offering coming from most retailers. I have been buying coffee from HR Higgins for nearly thirty years. They are in a class of their own.”

“As it's tricky to get to the shop when it's open I am resigned to ordering online. I can't fault the quality of the coffee (although the caddy is seriously overpriced...) but the delivery information was incorrect. I'd rearranged my schedule to be in when it was delivered but it turned out to be a waste as the parcel wasn't shipped when they said. If you can improve that I could be a regular”
