“I really like the service and I love the teas. Can't wait to be able to visit the store again in person but in the meantime I buy quite a selection and blend each brew according to my wants. It's good fun, you can get exactly the taste you want, and using leaves saves waste. I'm enjoying the plastic free packaging on my preferred teas, sadly my coffee still comes in plastic... ever thought about changing that for the sake of us environmentalists?”

“I ordered four different teas--Russian Caravan, Lapsang, a green tea with cherry, and one more, a first flush Darjeeling. All are excellent, and extremely good value. They'll see me through the winter and more. I've been buying my teas at Fortnum's for many years, but from now on it is H.R. Higgins for me!”

“H R Higgins has been my coffee merchant of choice since 1994. The range and style of coffees are superb. When living in London, I always enjoyed visiting Duke Street. Now overseas, I find the online service very easy to access and delivery of orders is always efficient.”

“I like to think I have a good palette and I enjoy coffee at home every day. I don't drink a lot so what I do drink should be good. I mostly get my coffee from Higgins and its slightly more expensive. About 1 in 4 orders I go elsewhere to try others. I invariably think that "its not as good as Higgins and come back to Higgins. Its just better and to me its worth it.”

“Excellent product. Have been looking for a tea supplier, yes I know coffee is the thing, but tea is my way of starting the day, progressing through the afternoon and generally calming. I do so like the Russian Caravan. Breakfast Blend is just right and is going fast. The caddies fit right in too. A reorder is coming up, oh and the little tea timer is also providing sterling service are an egg timer! Cheers Robin”
