“I find the coffee of excellent quality, finish and flavour. The turnaround time to Northern Ireland is also excellent. The breakfast blend tea is also a firm favourite.”

“Usual good delivery service, being kept informed on process of getting order sent (delay because of high demand in time of Covid). Would be 5* except that I did like the option of 125 g bags (and the lower postage for small orders)”

“Hi, have have bought many teas from Higgins which I have enjoyed. Sadly this time the Darjeeling, one of my favourite teas, was very disappointing, without the distinct Darjeeling flavour.”

“The overall purchase experience has been good although the waiting for my purchases has been a little longer than I would have expected. I do however like the packaging with the royal warrant prominently displayed. A good firm that just needs to work on its turnaround times.”

“The service, as ever, is excellent but I am irritated by the 100% increase in delivery charges effected last autumn, your having changed from Royal Mail to DHL. It makes ordering smaller quantities of coffee unrealistic henceforth. I am the only one in the house who drinks freshly ground coffee.”

“Improved delivery these days helping us get good coffee beans under lockdown. Wish it was easier to browse beans suited for espresso, as the site and store reviews overly favour drip and v60 methods.”

“I received a carton box delivered from UK to my home in Japan. Appreciating quick delivery schedule, however this caerton box was damaged to some extent and 7 tea packets were contained in a carton box without any plastic wrapping or packaging. It would be highly appreciated to consider the improvement of packaging for potential repeater customer. Kind regards, M.Nakamoto”
