The service, as ever, is excellent but I am irritated by the 100% increase in delivery charges effected last autumn, your having changed from Royal Mail to DHL. It makes ordering smaller quantities of coffee unrealistic henceforth. I am the only one in the house who drinks freshly ground coffee.
