“Not used the gravel yet and my only complaint would be some communication as to when it was to be delivered. Driver called 10 mins prior to delivery and I didn't even know it was arriving that day.”

Had to call branch and they were unapologetic claiming they never send out any kind of order ready for collection message. Are you supposed to be physically know when your order is ready?”

“Lack of contact regarding delivery date and time etc. I had to call them to check delivery date, they said on the day of delivery driver will contact me, no contact made by delivery driver.Cotswold chipping was poor quality, too much powdery sand in them, will not order these from Howarth timber.”
