“The description and photo of my chosen slippers were very clear and accurate, and they have proved very comfortable. They were also a 'good' price. My only difficulty was that the sizing was in European rather than UK sizes. I had to make an entirely separate Internet search to get the comparison. Please make comparison charts easily visible on your website as soon as possible. This is why you have 4 stars not 5.”

“Theyre gorgeous, and warm, and the purple is a beautiful colour. I chose size 6 but they're too small, so I'd recommend going up a size (or half, if there is one). A great buy.”

“Been looking for moccasins without a fixed sole for my picky son. This was the first I'd seen. They look well made and exactly what I wanted but as they're for a Christmas present, can't advise how they fit or how resilient they are.”

Dear Mohamed, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you have felt the need to leave this negative review. To quickly explain to you again, you returned your order to us for a refund, which has been processed. However, because you used our prepaid returns label to send the items back, we deducted £3.50 from the refund total. This deduction is clearly explained on our website in the delivery and returns section. If you had paid £1 for a return label when you placed the order, then the £3.50 deduction would not have applied. Alternatively you could have not used our label, in which case we'd not have deducted anything. We have explained this to you several times and I'm once again sorry that you have left this review. “House of Slippers have a brilliant selection of quality slippers. I would recommend them to anyone I recently bought 2 pairs and had to exchange one pair as it was too large. The return was easy and I received an exchange for a smaller size it only took a week. Perfect Company.”
