“Will not order again. Didn't realise that you have to order a return slip when you purchase a produce. The return process if you don't do that is laborious and not worth the trouble.”

Whilst we do offer free shipping, we currently do not offer free returns, we do however allow one free exchange per order. We offer the easy returns service whereby you pay £1 for a prepaid returns label to make any returns as easy as possible. We do continuously monitor this situation but the general feedback from our customers is that this is a service they like because it means they can shop knowing the returns are taken care of with that £1 prepaid returns label. “I ordered the slippers as a gift for my father, the delivery was fast and the slippers are just perfect and exactly what he wanted. Thankfully I went up a size and I’m glad I did because if I’d ordered his exact size they would of been too small. The slippers are lovely and warm and cosy inside, perfect those cold winter nights”
