I live in Canada and I bought the slippers for my mother who is 100 years old and lives in Long term care. The velcro means they can be adjusted to fit her foot. The slippers are a pretty colour which she likes, For whatever reason, Velcro slippers here in Canada are limited and not at all attractive rather matronly. The order process was straightforward and was delivered in a very timely manner. So thank you.

Despite putting my order in at least two weeks ago, I still haven’t received my slippers. I was never provided with a tracking number from Royal Mail even though I was told that they’d been despatched by House of Slippers. I was told that there had been “issues” with Royal Mail, but further e-mails back and forth told me that the matter had now been resolved and a tracking number had now been updated. That was last week. Still no slippers.

There was trouble with delivery but this was not House of Slippers fault. The slippers were shipped from them the day after I ordered but mix up with deliverer. These are a gift however I am disappointed with the box. It is very tatty, marked and bent. The slippers inside look good quality and are in good condition.

My order came very promptly, shame the box was bashed to bits as it was for a present, but that's not House of Slippers fault. I think delivery firms are working all hours at the moment.

The slippers were of good quality and actually worth the money,when I was asked to buy these for a present I thought far to expensive but they are great .The thing that also impressed me was the service and how you were kept informed regarding the delivery do not hesitate to buy from this company .
