I would love to be able to write a review to say how much I love my UGG pj's however I've yet to receive them! After paying a premium price for delivery for RoyalMail Tracked 48 on the 26th of November I still don't have my order! As a result, won't be ordering again from house of slippers.

Will not be buying from you again still haven't received my package absolutely jolke I can get items from abroad quicker than from you if I haven't received by the end of the week im looking for a full refund.

Ordered a pair of slippers on 18/11/22, advised of despatch on 19/11/22, received acknowledgement of return on 21/11/22 for an order I had yet to receive! When queried I was advised on 22/11/22 that they had been dispatched and to check with Royal Mail. Royal Mail advise that they have been notified of the package but yet to receive it. Today 28/11/22 I received a refund for the order less the £1 for the return label that was part of an order that was never received. As a result I will purchase the slippers elsewhere.

I ordered size 6 they were massive! I had to return them. It was extremely difficult to get a returns label online. I had to call the company. I've now returned them . Goddess knows when I will get my replacement.

The slippers arrived as ordered but I will never order from House of Slippers again. My elderly mother was in hospital when the slippers arrived and I was unable to try them on with her. The company has been very inflexible with returns. I was just over a week late returning one pair ( I kept one pair) and they will not issue a refund because I am "way outside" their 30 day return policy. Poor customer service. I am very disappointed and will look elsewhere in future.

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear you are displeased, our returns period is 30 days from the date of delivery as specified on the website, which is more than double the standard period of 14 days. I am really sorry about the circumstances; we are very fair with our returns policy and had we been informed of the delay prior to the slippers being returned we would have gladly extended this for you, but we had no communication about the delay. We cannot offer to refund you on this occasion but are happy to accept the order back as we do not want you to be left with a pair that you cannot use. We have offered you Store Credit for the value of the order that you have 90 days from issue to redeem and this can be used on any of our websites as an alternative to the refund. They said that the leathers were leather. They were coated leather. So disappointed! Otherwise, they would have been really good.
