“The sole on these slippers is quite thin, I don’t think they will last very long. Also I had them on and stood on a wet patch on my kitchen floor, the blue dye came out of the soles and left footprints on the floor.”

“Excellent quality and fast delivery ......although I don’t see the need to pay £1 for a return label which this easier to email like other companies do.”

“Great communication regarding delivery and the status of my order. However, it takes ages for a refund - I returned the slippers via signed delivery so I know exactly when they received them back. Days later, no email or communication and no refund yet. Their site says up to 10 days for a refund! Quick to take your money but not so quick if the slippers need to be returned....”

“Initially ordered a pair of slippers. After 2 weeks they hadnt arrived . Called there head office only to be informed that that day the Royal Mail has lost my parcel ( conveniently). Also informed me that the pair I had specifically ordered had sold out. Quite disappointed at this point. Was offered an alternative which given the time restrictions for Xmas I had to take. Great customer service I received even if I didn’t get my original order and slippers arrived within the time frame I was promised. I will order from them again”

“They are lovely, practical, warm and easy to get on, except the fasteners on both feet fasten the same way. This is very strange.”

“Comfortable but size down if normally a half size. Good slippers but label inside irritating when wearing without socks. In the end I had to file it down as it was positioned in such an awkward place as I was unable to reach it to unpick stitches.”

“Very nice slippers, but too big in every direction. Had to use inner sole and pad toes with tissues as I wanted them on holiday and had no time to return and try smaller size.”

“Liked the slippers. Prompt delivery, but too big so I had to return them. I hadn’t noticed that postage was not refunded on reduced items. I would not have bought them if I’d realised this. My error though,for not reading the small print.”

“Love the range of styles. Unfortunately the liner wasn't stuck probably on one slipper which has made it uncomfortable almost straightaway.”
