“Great hospitality, great communication, would definitely use again”

“It was amazing to say the least. We booked our tickets through Dan who was amazing and very helpful. Our night out was in Birmingham at the Ne-yo concert. I give the hospitality team a 9/10. Even though the food was a let down, the service was fantastic.”

“Our experience with Hospitality Centre was great, Our representative Dan was very attentive and able to secure high demand VIP tickets to the derby Manchester City versus Manchester United game. This was a highlight of our visit to England and made great memories for our family. The game was Electric. Dan’s service and attention to detail assured we had Amazing VIP seats, which only added to the experience. Dan was easily reachable by phone and was responsive to all inquiries. I would highly recommend Dan and Hospitality Centre for any future event bookings.”

“We had a great day at Wembley for the carabao cup final. The service was great and tickets were delivered via email well before the game. Any questions we had were dealt with by Dan very quickly and he was only to happy to help. We would definitely recommend them and use the service again ourselves.”

And a special shout out to Adam Coughtrey for all his help with the booking process and information in advance of the event. “I was extremely happy with the service provided by the Hospitality Centre recently. I wanted tickets for the Scotland v England Rugby Union International at Murrayfield, Edinburgh for myself and my husband in February 2024. As Adam Coughtrey, from the Hospitality Centre, had been so helpful with the purchase of hospitality tickets for the Peter Kay Show in Birmingham in 2023, I contacted him once more for help. As previously, he was excellent , providing me with superb service. Ultimately I purchased 4 hospitality tickets for the match and Adam, with his team, provided an outstanding service throughout. I was confident about paying for the tickets as I knew I could totally trust Adam. The information I received throughout the period prior to the event was speedy and thorough, with any questions answered immediately. I will definitely use this service again.”
