“This was our first time attending a hospitality event. The staff looked after us from the minute we walked through the door. They escorted us to our table, organised drinks and explained about the food. Great food, wonderful polite and courteous staff who looked after us the entire time. Great experience, we have truly been spoilt and will never want to go back to ordinary seats again! Thanks for looking after us so well.”

“Last night my nine year old Son and I attended the Tunnel Club event for the Manchester City game against Leicester City. It was the first game I have ever taken my Son to and it was truly amazing! We got there for when the hospitality opened and we were greeted by friendly staff right from the orange carpark all the way to our table. I have never experienced anything alike it before, and so of course neither has my Son, and I have to say that it really was worth the price to make such wonderful memories. The food was great, the atmosphere was perfect, lively yet safe and relaxed which was ideal for my young Son with autism and adhd. The seats were very comfortable during the match itself and the fact that we had access to the lounge bathrooms at any time during game time was also very handy so not to miss any of the action whilst waiting in queues. The table delivery service for the merchandise store was fantastic and made my Son feel really special having his gifts be delivered right to where we were eating. The waitress for our table number 22 was named Tracy and she provided a great service for us. My Son has some allergies and dislikes of certain foods and Tracy was very aware and attentive to his needs with regular check ins with us to ensure all was well. I would definitely attend such an event again and will do in fact as we both had the perfect of time, feeling like vip’s from start to finish. My only criticisms of the event would be the parking and the table staff cross over. The parking was very close, however we do have a disability badge for my Son, although they did not allow us to park in the disabled space. Admittedly I had not booked the parking with the inclusion of our badge, although the fact that we have one and had one with us, would have been better if we could have parked in a disabled bay. The second and only other criticism was the cross over of table staff. As said before, Tracy was superb at her service, though if we ever spoke to any other of the team that passed by and asked them for drinks, those drinks never came and we had to repeatedly wait for Tracy to return by. I understand that Tracy was allocated to our table, but still with the other staff acknowledging our requests, they should have at least passed on what we ordered”

“I purchased Liverpool FC tickets from Dan of Hospitality Centre as a Christmas present for my husband and daughter. Dan was patient and answered all my questions since they were traveling from the USA to see the game, so I had many questions. They loved it. Now, my husband wants to go every year. Truly wonderful.”

“Purchased VIP tickets from Dan at Hospitality Centre to see Sabrina Carpenter at the O2. His customer service was first-rate. We had fabulous seats and the use of the Amex Lounge was an added bonus. The tickets arrived in good time, as promised, and were easy to download. The whole experience was fantastic and worth every penny. Would definitely call Dan again.”

“Lived my dream! I saw NUFC win at Wembley. Contacted these guys before we beat Arsenal for the second leg. I was that confident haha! Adam got in touch and everything fell into place from there. Communication was spot on. Do not worry about using these guys for events they are the real deal. I panicked and was worried too right until the ticket arrived. It came and we had zero issues. Thank you Adam you played a part in making a core memory for me! Yes, you pay more but that memory is a core memory!”

“Fabulous afternoon with Core on Course on Gold Cup Friday. Service was attentive and friendly, with lots of staff on hand to help. The food was simply amazing.
