Paid £500 for BTS VIP seats. Naomi said they would be best seats in the house. They werent. After going back and forth she gave us block 228. Then she didnt want to know.
Face value of tickets-£100.
So be warned.
Wouldnt use again
Poor seating at the O2, row P which was 20 rows away from the stage and nowhere near the VIP lounge (£26 for 2 drinks!). we were told we would walk straight out of the VIP lounge to our seats but had to walk to the other side of O2 in the public concourse so what was the point? average seats in an average part of the O2 very disappointed
